  J'15 January Signature Challenge: Pinterest Fail: I want to do one, but I was late in starting and now I'm too lazy to get in on it. This is how most of my pinterest fails normally occur, at least I didnt buy supplies.

  I agree with this, I probably won't do that but I stand with you in solidarity. It's so hard to keep track of the daily threads when so many new ones are added.
  
  My confession: I went to midwifery school so I know everything about pregnancy, birth, newborns, breastfeeding, etc 'by the book' but I had no idea how harsh these symptoms would be so early on. I was not prepared to feel this run down and different so soon.

  HA!  I am routinely amazed by how unsnarky this board is.  Where are the eye-rolling gifs?  The exasperated responses to questions answered ten times a day?  The curt "take a seat or three" lectures when someone says something asinine?

  I almost think we need a READ THIS FIRST sticky post at the top that says:
  
  1. Symptoms vary and its normal for them to come and go.
  
  2. Cramping can be normal, spotting can be normal. Try to relax. If you have bright red blood and cramps, call your doctor.
  
  3. No, you are not showing yet.
  
  4. every other question that gets asked over and over.

  My confession: It's over a week since my BFP & I have taken a total of 11 tests (I have one left). I just tested with a FRER & a CB week estimator because I'm going in for a beta in 2 hours & I'm a scaredy cat.
  
  I have another confession, but it's flu shot related & I don't know if I feel like reading all the ignorance about that again.

  We added "READ THIS FIRST" to the newbie blog post on TTGP, it was exactly zero help. People still suck at following instructions & think that they're special snowflakes.

I have no work to do, but am still sitting at my desk like a good employee...When you give your notice and you didn't really have a lot of work to do to begin with, they really don't go out of their way to find work for you during your last 2 weeks.   Oh well, you still have to pay me if I am sitting here!

  FFFC: I've been letting 13 month old DD watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Elmo music videos on YouTube. A lot. Partly so I can sit on the couch, partly because I love those Elmo songs ">

  My daughter is 3 so her BMB (which in now on Facebook) is super calm and generally pretty low key at this point.  I am actually looking forward to the eventual hormone fueled drama and snark that WILL happen here

  I want to punch everyone who says they don't have any symptoms right in the face. Everyone. This includes my MIL who keeps telling me that she had two perfect pregnancies with no ms and no acid reflux.

  I've already started doing this. I can't be silent anymore.

  Yeah I did it a few times as well, but then I just gave up. I have only had the one head-rubbing gif in reaction to the FB question, but I'm sure there's more to come. I just read the interesting threads and ignore the rest for now. I'm all for some organization if that's what were going to call the process of getting the newbies to stop posting the same crap every day.

  I cant stand when people ask what the acronyms stand for- there is a reason there is a blog page, with an acronyms list. It even says "Newbies stop here".

  All of a sudden my boss says idk if you can Thanksgiving off. Bitch I am part time. PART TIME. I don't have to work shit and if you think I am then you ate going to look real funny sitting at my station during Thanksgiving.   My boss won't rearrange the schedule because he's lazy. He tried to make me work thanksgiving and Christmas Day. All other clinic rearrange so everyone gets those days off. Bitch please I told him I'm not allowed to work thur anymore because I'm high risk (which is true I am high risk) so up your's boss!!!

  This morning, I couldn't find my trouser jeans. I didn't want to wear my flat-shoe jeans because its waist band would be torture, soooooo yes, yes I pulled out a pair of my maternity trouser jeans.

  For the first time in almost 2 years, I got trashed Saturday and Sunday before my BFP. In my defense, I got BFN's on Saturday and Sunday morning. I never really cared to drink much before but now I miss vodka. I totally get this.

  I've ugly cried multiple times because I miss wine. I didn't even drink it that often but knowing I can't have it when I want a glass is a struggle.

  Confession: I think it's annoying how people come on here and post something "side eye" worthy and expect to not be judged. It's a little ridiculous. Apparently they didn't get the memo: THIS IS THE INTERNET, OFCOURSE YOU'RE GOING TO BE JUGDED!

  I was on a camping trip with friends during my two-week-wait and I definitely indulged more than I should have. It was our first cycle attempt so I thought there was no way. Oops.
  
  Confession: My husband is a beer snob and drinks all different kids of craft beers, several times a week. I always have a sip once he pours a fresh glass. And if this is a true FFFC, sometimes it's 2 or 3 sips. Honestly, when I see the posts about people freaking out over upcoming wine tastings, I roll my eyes. Pounding shots? Not a good plan.   One of my friends while she was ~6mos pregnant, on an empty stomach, waiting for a table at the Cheesecake Factory for an hour (without sitting) drank a huge ol' glass of red wine and then proceeded to pass the fuck out and smash her head on the floor. Had a minor concussion.
  
  Aside from the common sense of not drinking while hungry and standing (and having those feelings exacerbated by being pregnant), but to drink while pregnant in public? oh hell naw. imagine the glares. I may have a glass of wine here & there later on, but it'll be in the privacy of my own home.

  Yes. I would be happy to have some nausea-free moments so I can get off the couch and be a real, live parent. Right now, the best I can do is scoot the box of legos closer to the couch.

  THANK YOU EVERYONE!
  I was getting concerned that I was the only one going crazy on the repeat posts (beyond the intros, that's normal). I noticed today's front page posts seem to have been reduced in number already. Since I'm probably the first person awake and online most days (now that I have an iphone, I bump on my 8am train, which is 2am east-coast, 11pm west coast), I can make an effort to start the daily symptoms thread. But yeah, I'll be enforcing in the mornings as I have an excessive amount of anger when going to work most days.

  Similar to @suzysurparis confession, I've been lurking at TTCAL board. Someone posted that there is a a Catfish on the July 2014 BBM board who has been outted. Lying for a whole year! I haven't read it myself, but sounds scary!!!

  I read a couple of pages of it this morning while waiting for my breakfast. I do not know what the outcome was, however, I cannot believe that someone has the time and mental capacity to do such a sick thing. Like, for what reason?   I confess I've had to lie to people and flat out say I'm not pregnant and I will keep doing it until my first appointment. I hate it. I had someone ask me on my FB page. Psha, even if I was going to tell you, I wouldn't respond on FB for the world to see.
  
  I also confess I wore yoga pants and a hoodie to take my kids to get their flu shots this morning. #sorrynotsorry
