Right now I'm hanging out as E has her breakfast. K works ten hour days with a god awful commute so I'm always ready for a break by Friday and to see him, but he has started working every other Friday. They aren't as long days, he'll be home around 3, but damn I wanted to sleep in some...

I had an appt this morning and completely broke down in tears. My weight is obscene (30+ lbs already) and my H was practically yelling at me in front of the nurses to tell him what it was. It's so embarrassing. The dr isn't super concerned because of my endocrine issues but told me to cut back on drinking juice. That is about all I can keep down.
We heard the hb on the Doppler - the first appointment that I have had without an ultrasound. It's still pretty cool - I don't have one at home.

@Skrittens sorry for the stressful day. Maybe tell husband your weight is none of his business. My husband kept trying to watch my weigh in and finally I had to sit him down and let him know that some things he just doesn't need to ever know.

@jennypm Sorry your hubby is in a mood. Is he normally like that, or is it a work thing? I hope the time off from work will help him feel in a happier mood.

@Skrittens I'm sorry about your husband's behavior. That is pretty embarrassing. Maybe you can talk to him about why that is inappropriate in public? Try not to stress about the weight! Follow your Dr's advice and if he's not concerned, you shouldn't be.
@tunnel Me too! My mom came racing up the other day while I was moving stuff into their attic (we're storing a few things there) that involves walking up three flights of stairs with some semi-heavy lifting. She was concerned I'd developed asthma! I've never had asthma in my life, but boy was it tough to breathe.

Hubby still wants to do some sort of trip for Christmas/New years with me (he can't make the Christmas markets, and it's not really his thing). So I'll have to see what's close, and cheap!
It's a company called Trefalgar. I hadn't heard much about it, but apparently it's pretty well known. I'm getting ready to look up the tour company you just mentioned! Need something for me and hubby and I don't feel like 'planning' if possible. So tour company recommendations are greatly appreciated!

It took all my energy to get out of bed this morning and I wish I had just stayed there. First thing I did when I went outside was step in a giant wad of dog shit my husband didn't clean up. Then the new creamer I got made my coffee taste like plastic, I had to throw it away. I guess in the scheme of things these things really aren't that bad, but seriously the shit angered me!
@Chunkymonkeylvr was thinking about your Hugh/Huey yesterday when trying to find a boy name! Glad you don't have to stress -- congrats on the girl!! (Hughelle? Hehehe)

I'm just happy it's Friday! Woo hoo!! Oh and I'm 19 weeks 2da! T minus 3 days until my a/s on Monday.
My mom and sister arrived with my new car last night. I'm so excited! And they brought a gift from my dad-he bought our little guy a couple of outfits! Huge surprise-cue the waterworks.
I think we might go to the state fair today. We are going to the beach tomorrow.
Loooong story but huge active poster of a year plus ends up being some unmarried, not pregnant chick using some woman from Swedens pregnancy photos and stole baby pics from some other random lady's FB. Confesses to having a catfish addiction. No thanks. Fuck that
Even the posts for prayers after a/s with minor problems are freaking me out. My baby had a minor issue & I wasn't too worried, but seeing how worried others are (& how much their docs seem to offer all sorts of follow-up) is making me scared. Intellectually I KNOW there is almost no chance of a real problem, but the worry is contagious. I was doing so well but now I'm like - I want an amnio STAT!!
In other news. i feel like poop this morning and i have to work all freaking day and i threw up blood this morning. Don't know why or if i should call my doctor. Anyone else get this? Any advice? It was a good bit of blood meh :-/
Edit: I also know a little girl named Brynnlee, and while I normally don't prefer names that seem like two names smushed into one, I do like this one more than I thought I would.
@mwerren enjoy your baby moon! After my first vacation to Mexico where the waves basically crashed into the hotel room, I went home to buy a sound machine so I could continue sleeping with waves
@totesmcgotes I love name suggestions from the littles. One of the girls I nannied for when I was pregnant with my son always had the silliest suggestions, she was 4 at the time. Her front runner was Kiki for a girl. And she refused any real names for boys because "girls are better." Angus is cool though
@tunnel I am so short of breath all the time. I remember getting like this toward the end of my first pregnancy, but not this early. It is kind of embarrassing.
@racegurl87 I believe that is a traditional way to spell Brynn, and doesn't sound made up.

First random for me is that my poor boy has such a bad cold. How bad you ask? He just took the aspirator and sucked his own snot out, correctly. Oh and he's not even 2.
Also, I took a video of LO's heartbeat at my last appointment since DH couldn't make it. My son loves the video so much, he grabs my phone and asks for "baby?" And he bounces along to the sound of his sibling's heartbeat. I can't even take the love, so cute!! And now he wants to kiss my belly before he goes down for sleep and naps. I hope he loves the baby this much when LO actually gets here.
