So, I'm on the bench this month as my RE has been out of town. DH & I are planning to try the old school way (what the hell, why not?!) this month. I'm hoping some of the meds have kicked started my bum system. Anyhow, my question is this-how accurate (or inaccurate) are ovulation kits with a diagnosis of PCOS? Has anyone used them with any success (meaning known ovulation)? I considered temping but understand that is more of a pattern deal, meaning it has to be done for a few months to be effective.
Thanks, ladies! I hope all who are reading this are happy & healthy wherever you are in your process

Re: Temping/ovulation kits with PCOS
As for the medicated cycles jump starting your system, I'd say it's totally possible! I normally don't ovulate on my own...but we did medicated TI cycles in May and June and then took a break in July and I ovulated on CD14 like a champ! We did medicated IUIs in August and September and started another break this month and these big ole sore boobies make me believe I've done it again! Good luck!! I'll keep my FX for a surprise BFP!!
