It's late and I forgot to start this earlier. Maybe it was subconsciously because I gained 2 lbs this week and I feel guilty!

We were out of town for a wedding this weekend and I totally went of my diet. I ate so much crap and it was so good, but I paid for it by gaining 2 lbs! I feel so bad but I am just trying to get back on it today. Sticking to my points and I went for a long walk this morning. I screwed up but I can't fix it now. Back on the horse...

Then ... today was a pretty trying day with Nico in the throes of Wonder Week #2, and I dealt with the extra stress by eating empty carbs almost exclusively. Sigh.
No big tips here. My WW leader told me that there is going to be a flash sale on the Active Link next week. She said they would be only $5. I use a FitBit and will not be buying one. Just passing it on incase anybody is interested. Hopefully it's not a regional sale.
