  I saw a back carry in a mei tai the other day that had the straps above/below belly but not on. I think the tie off was called "Joy's ruckless butterfly"? Maybe?
  
  Otherwise, a ruck tied under bum would work. Or maybe a secure high back carry (SHBC) and tie off in front under your belly?

  I have a woven wrap ( size 6) and my fav carry to do while pregnant is a double hammock back carry with a candy cane chest belt it ties up high, so it's not putting pressure on your tummy, and the candy cane chest belt help take away the strain in your shoulders
