@triplea598 is there any possibility acupuncture could help? It really helped my mom's old dog after she had a spinal cord stroke. So sorry your pup is in pain.

Well, I feel like i got a lot accomplished this weekend! Got DS's big boy room all cleaned out and everything that was stored in that closet is either in the trash, bagged up and set to go to the donations bin, or stored in a bin and ready to go to the garage for storage.

I am did a few loads of laundry, vacuumed, dishes, and organized a bunch of shit. Fall cleaning FTW!

Mom left and headed home a few hours ago when I put DS down for his nap. Now hes up having a snack and watching Jake and the Neverland pirates. Now what to do? I need to keep hom entertained until bedtime. DH probably won't be home until after little man is in bed for the night.

Ugh. My kid is being a beast tonight about dinner. Didnt want leftover lasagna. So I made him some meatballs (frozen ones) and pasta with butter. Hopefully dinner #2 agrees with his apparently picky palate tonight, bc there won't be a dinner #3!!

Microwaving some soup out of the freezer for DS's dinner. Dh went in a limo bus to the game, and as of 5:40 they still hadn't found their bus, so who knows when he will make it home. I can't tell if I want to eat dinner or not....too much junk food today, no substance has left me feeling icky

Mine does this. Some days she eats some days she doesn't. I just go with I now and know if she was really starving she would eat.

He's normally a really good eater, so I do realize he'll have off days as well, and I really try not to turn dinner time into a battle. But its frustrating when you cook dinner and all they do is throw it all on the floor! But eh...we all have our days I guess!

DH just called from the road to ask if I could keep DS up late so he could say good night to him before he goes to bed.

Really bro? I mean, I know he's not asking the world or anything, but damn its been a long weekend. He's gotten to go away camping and relax for the weekend while I've been on kid duty (with the help of my mom). Please dont ask me to draw out bedtime any later. Mama is spent. Plus we'll be spending tomorrow together as a family.

Omg no!!! I do that sometimes for H, but only if it's going well and usually it involves tv.

Yeah, I mean...the tv is on (although I really need to change the channel stat, bc Caillou came on...that whiney little bastard), and hes quietly playing with blocks right now. Bath time is done and jammies are on, so I'll drag it out a little...but not too much later!

Lol. Honestly when he called and asked, I pretty much told him hell no... but I'm sorta playing it by ear bc DS is acting ok right now. But he starts running around and getting all wound up again, I'll prob just say fuck it and put him down. I'm exhausted. And he fell asleep late last night, so I want him to get to bed at a reasonable time tonight.
