Pumping after popping blister (Keep milk)

I noticed a blister on my left nipple this morning. After sanitizing a needle, I gently released the clear fluid it contianed and pumped. My question is--do I keep/use the milk I got from that breast or do I wait until it heals completely?

Keep it. I've fed and pumped through several blisters. Even if some blood gets in the milk, it won't hurt the baby.
