I've always struggled with my weight too. And I know that weight struggles are weight struggles, whether it's thick or thin. From your original post, it just sounded like your arms were the only thing that changed. I would never give anyone shit about their size, large or small. If it makes you feel better, you and I can be friends and walk around together, looking like the number 10.
TTC with PCOS since November 2009

@PipSqueak0313 Hope it went as well as it could have. ((Hugs))
@Tj1979 I'll echo what everyone else said...you are awesome, not matter what the pump pimp says.
@stoneycakes I have two smallish boxes sitting in my garage that I've moved 5 times. They are mostly random stuff from my childhood like report cards and a baby doll, but I'm sure there's some stuff I should have tossed years ago. I'm just too lazy to go through it.
SAK, just make another one.....no one will know the difference......except those you tell.
My FFFC: we have an IFSP meeting this afternoon and I'm already getting jittery and I haven't had enough coffee to blame it on caffeine overdose. (Still working on first cup) Problem is I have to bring up uncomfortable/unpleasant topics and I hate confrontation.
Hugs! Hopefully you have a very supportive team of service providers and everyone can get on the same page without confrontation. If it helps at all, when I taught SpEd I always preferred my parents to be quite up-front with the things they felt were working AND the things they felt needed tweaking. Everyone on the team is important, but as the parent you have a unique perspective and are your child's best advocate. I hope it all goes well!
Unfortunately, the uncomfortable/unpleasant topics include them attempting to update IFSP during home visits when dh is not present which has the effect of denying one parent is an equal team member; and another topic is the message we are receiving from the team that ds isn't worth their effort. But, I will be back later tonight to update how it went.
Update: They did concede that it would be correct to give advance notice when they would like to have a team meeting during a home visit. The PT acknowledged that she also was sensing issues during the home visits related to us being on different pages. So the discussion regarding getting them and us back on the same page regarding our expectations for ds was productive. They also acknowledged that they were failing to communicate clearly what they were working on, skill wise, and said they would try to explain things better rather than take for granted that we knew their thoughts or how the skill fits in with other skills. I also asked if we could set the visit schedule to be the same day and time every week so that it was part of our weekly routine rather than setting the next on during the current visit and we were able to get that. So all in all, the meeting went much better once we got the air cleared than I was used to. Even the clearing of the air was more cooperative than confrontational.

Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!
Sometimes I just keep throwing things at her from the fridge until she stops asking for food.
She either doesn't eat or eats everything.
My son just throws everything on the floor.
