I don't even understand what this means? People hang out at a gate in lawn chairs for 2hrs and 15 min waiting for their kids to get out of school? Wha?? Why would you do that?

I only know they get there that earlier due to had to check my child out for a Dr appointment one day. I believe it's some obssession with being first in line.
