More cradle cap help!

I've been rubbing her head with baby oil before washing it, and brushing gently to work the flakes loose, also not washing her too often. For a bit it liked better, but now it's worse. AND she's got it in her eyebrows! What do I do now? Her pedi said grow out of it.

Re: More cradle cap help!

  • We used an anti- dandruff shampoo 1 time on DS and used a soft cradlecap scrubing brush and it came off and that was it. All gone.

  • What about by her eyes? She hates getting her face wiped, I don't think I could get the dandruff shampoo on or off around her eyes safely.

  • I've heard a few people mention a certain shampoo...mustela? I haven't used it, but I've heard it mentioned often for cradle cap, so it must work pretty well.

  • Well I wouldn't put it around her eyes but the top of the hair.

  • Mustela cradle cap shampoo was awesome for DS2. Not sure how to handle your eyebrow problem though...
