Help with EP (failed to establish supply)

Hi guys. I need some help from the EP experts out there. I have been EP from day one..2months now and I think I messed up. Everything was going great and I was storing lots of milk and then LO started sleeping 5 hour stretches and I started sleeping with her and now suddenly she wants more milk and I'm not producing. I guess I didn't make sure my supply was established before I started cutting out pumps:( ugh I feel so stupid. Anyway now she wants more so I'm having to top off with the stores milk. Is there any hope for me continuing EP? Also it seems like I'm getting less milk pp than I had been in the past. I was feeding her 3.5 every three hours in the day and whenever she would wake in the night and that was what I was pumping. But now she needs 4 oz and I'm only producing 3 oz pp:(

    Yes I will def do that thank you I'm just glad I can bring my supply back up an I didn't so irreversible damage. Thanks

    I second power pumping, and would add that you could try fenugreek for a week or so and see if it helps - it helped me when I was getting established. Also try pumping before and after a hot shower, gets the breasts really drained. 

    And it should be said, make sure your pump parts are in good working order and you've changed the membranes recently.
