Morning girls!! I feel like a zombie today. Scarlett just does not sleep through the night. Anyone else with a 3 yo that doesn't sleep?? She's up 1-2 times a night for no apparent reason and it's been going on for months.

I had a great birthday yesterday! Spent my morning at the pumpkin patch with my preschool class and then had a fun work/dance meeting last night where I got to see lots of my fun dance friends from other towns. I missed spending the night with my family though...hopefully I'll make up for it this weekend.

@kitten80 hope everything goes well today!
Today I have 2 huge things due. One for school and one for work.
I got home late last night...flight delayed slightly. My mom is leaving to visit my sister in the am...but she painted my bathroom and our crown molding so that was nice!
I have a plan to get things done today and I have realized I can't "multitask" because I just lengthen the time it takes to get things done.
I may take V in to the pedi today. While I was gone he has been holding/grabbing his ears a lot. I think it's just teething but I want to make sure no infection.

I'm having the sadz this morning. One of my best friends has been staying with us for a few days before she heads home to ATL. She's there for a week and then she's moving to SAUDI ARABIA for a YEAR!!! I'm gonna miss her so much and A is gonna miss her too. She's the only "Aunt" he really knows. My SIL never wants to spend time with him.

But I do get to see @J134EVA‌ this weekend, so that's given me something to look forward to!! Yay!

So sad about your friend moving away, that's so sad. Soak up as much time as you can!

My BFF just moved to Montana in August and I miss her terribly. She sent me a text last night saying that she is coming back next week to visit her family. I will drop whatever I can to spend some time with her. I miss her so much!

Coffee to everyone! Allison woke up around 2:30a and it took over an hour to get her back to sleep in her crib and then we woke up an hour later for morning! DH thinks she is getting another tooth.

@cshum24 I can't figure out where pacifiers go. We start the day with 6 or 7 in his bucket and by the next morning they are all gone and we have to go on the hunt.

DS decided that it was party time from 11:45-2. Lots of coffee today. I still don't have emoticons so I can't put a coffee cup. This is really starting to irritate me. FWP

@maryannespier‌ I know ServPro can use these camera things to see if you have a leak behind a finished wall. We have had to use them a few times thanks to the previous owner. Not sure if there is a better/other choice, but thats one idea. Hope it is an easy fix!

So I've been working out and watching my diet and working out for months now. This morning two of my co-workers told me they could really tell I've been losing weight and that I looked great. Yay for an awesome compliment! It makes me feel like my work is finally paying off.

My cleaning lady texted me yesterday asking what time I'd like for her to be here today. I told her I work until 1:30 (I've told her this before, write stuff down!) but told her that my LO has a flu shot today so if she wanted to come earlier that was fine. She still hasn't texted me back, so annoying. At least the last cleaning lady was on a schedule. This girl just seems to want to clean whenever she gets a chance. It could be Tuesday, Friday, maybe Monday. There's no set schedule and it annoys me. She also likes to show up around 10:30 when she knows I work until 1:30 :-/

Guess it's time to look for someone else, again.

I've tried... and the last time she was supposed to clean (almost a month ago) she texted me asking if she could reschedule me for October 9th. That means she hasn't been here for a month. She does a good job (minus not cleaning under things, lol) but her lack of schedule is ridiculous.

Luke actually slept reasonably well last night after I got him back to sleep.

I, on the other hand, was up because he was stirring during the thunderstorm, Ivy alarmed twice, his crickets turned themselves off, and his humidifier somehow ran dry even though it was full when we put him to bed. :-/ @-) ~O)

@DenverBride2005 I've come to the conclusion that no one is going to clean exactly like I would. It sucks but sometimes I just clench my jaw and try to tell myself that at least I didn't have to do the bulk of it.

If I was wealthy and had a full time house keeper (like some of our clients) I'd be upset if they didn't do it exactly the way I wanted because I assume I'd be paying the person a whole lot more.

I am basically a walking history of Lucas today. I'm wearing stretchy waist pants that I bought while pregnant, drinking from the mug I sipped water from while in labor, and wearing the shirt I wore the first time I fed him avocado, complete with the ghost of an it's-so-yucky-I-must-puke stain.

Last period 2 years 3 days ago. Wouldn't think you'd miss those damn things, but you do.

I pretty much have to shield my thoughts for all pregnancy related announcements. I make myself stop at "awh that's so exciting, congratulations (smile, feel sincere)" in my head. Otherwise I go to a very dark and twisty place. Ugggggh.

DH and I are going on our first overnight trip away from LO on Sunday and I'm starting to get really anxious about it. We're going to a wedding on Sunday night in the mountains. We've both been away from Jackson before, but while the other one of us was here. My parents are going to come to our house to watch him. I started writing stuff down for them in case I forget to tell them something (things like what to feed him, and his sleep/food/milk schedule). Is this crazy? My H and my mom laughed when I told them I was doing that. Now I feel like I'm overreacting, but in truth I'm super nervous about leaving him. :-S
