  Could the ultrasound she posted be the one from the emergency room... And then she posted it right before her apt where she got a new ultrasound? She mentioned going to the emergency room for spotting which is where they said she was having the twins... I'm so not for hackers who aren't preggo and am not on the multiples board so not sure what's going on there.

  You're very sweet for giving her the benefit of the doubt.    If you look at her previous posts in the other boards (first tri / May 2014 / Multiples) nothing adds up in a meaningful way.

  This woman is probably pregnant. Probably with one baby, maybe with two who knows! But I really think she is just delusional and stupid. Literally. Have you ever seen those, "stupidest Facebook posts ever"? There really are incredibly stupid people out there. And people who have issues and need attention.
