Octobet 8th full moon & lunar eclipse

I am with most of you, hoping it causes labor. I'll be 39+3 and I'm so miserable lately that I would be ecstatic to go a few days early. I've been hoping for October 9 all along, so this would work for me!

I will be 37 weeks tomorrow. I have been wondering if I'll go into labor while the full moon is out. I'm Cuban, and my mother believes in a Hispanic superstition that pregnant women should not go outside to look at a blood moon or eclipse because the baby will be born with a birth defect. I swear my mom cracks me up sometimes.

I can't wait to hold my baby girl in my arms. I'm excited to be a first time mommy.

I planned on going out to look at it but it will be too cloudy here anyway.

Any action yet ladies? I'm anxious! My due date will be over in 2 hours

Being past due date - I'd like to go soon, but fear the hospital will be overcrowded and I won't get a proper room - I'd be okay waiting till Thurs...at this point my NST was good and doctor feels we can wait till week 41 before thinking about induction, so I'd like to go soon.....but full moon brings lots of craziness....so not sure.

I hope this is true. Doc said that due to babies size, I can definitely try for vaginal if he comes this week (I'll be 38 weeks Thursday) if we get too close to 39 weeks definitely csection.
