I have been feeling like s--- the whole day, but I just ate a CLIF bar which has like a million carbs and I finally feel an ounce of ok-ness. I prefer the peanut toffee buzz. Just wanted to pass it on with a side of ginger ale...

1.5 cups rolled oats, 1.5 cups raisins, 1/2 cup crushed pecans, 1/2 cup sliced almonds, 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips. Mix dry ingredients together. On stove warm up 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup almond butter until it's liquid and then mix dry and sauce together in bowl.
I put mine in big glass square pyrex dish and pressed it down really hard with a smaller square dish and put it in the freezer. I pulled it out and let it thaw a bit then cut it into squares.
