Woo hoo! First to vote! 100% stuffed shells. The poll can end now. Lol
I agree with stuffed shells. The wegmans brand frozen ones are especially delicious and have the perfect cheese-to-pasta ratio.

I voted for cheese ravioli, but I'll eat pretty much any stuffed pasta.

    Ditto.

  • I've only ever had cheese ravioli, cheese tortellini, and pierogi as far as stuffed pasta goes. I think I need to broaden my horizons!

  • Thanks @shellbell3845‌!! Tricolored tortellini is a fan favorite in our house but I also love me some fried ravioli!!
Funny I never considered pierogies a pasta.. I guess a follow up question would be what do you like your pierogies stuffed with?

  • @joybaby5 I've never made any myself, but I've had great luck buying tortellini and raviolis at Costco. and then just throw some EVOO on top, or alfredo, or marinera. mmmm.

  • Pierogi is pasta stuffed with mashed potato. The outside part is pasta! (I wouldn't have thought of it myself. Wikipedia helped.)

@JoyBaby5‌ you can buy most of these frozen! I make my own stuffed shells and manicotti. The pasta shells are in the pasta aisle! Mix up some ricotta, egg, garlic, and mozzarella and anything else you like. Stuff, put in a baking dish, cover with sauce, bake!

  • I had a long night to ponder this and I believe pierogies are dumplings not pasta.

Take it up with Wikipedia, @tessymessy.

But pierogis? Pasta, mashed potatos, cheese? It's the food of the gods.

  • Butternut squash ravioli for sure. In whiskey-sage cream sauce with asparagus. SO GOOD.

Though I'm an equal opportunity stuffed pasta consumer, with a special nod to toasted ravioli. Fried pasta? Genius.

My aunt made homemade ones -- oh my lord.  I wish I could share them with the world.
    I wish this too.

  • Tortellini is my favorite. A couple times a year I make it, normally in the winter months when I'm already doing a lot of homemade baking & making. ;) It takes a long time from the time you make your dough, until all of the tortellini has been folded up like little origami things, but it's so worth it. It's my favorite and it freezes really well. @golfergirl08 I'll make a big batch soon and give you some of it. :)
