Need good thoughts

It seems stranger than anything to reach out to folks on the internet for thoughts and prayers, but I'm going to do it anyway. It's 5 AM and it'll be another 3 and a half hours before I can see my doctor.
I'm 12 weeks, 5 days, and all has gone wonderfully so far. Just had a successful NT scan last Wednesday and got done telling all the family we're having a boy (which we found out from the MaterniT21 test).
But last night around midnight I started bleeding a bit. I tried not to panic, since I don't have period-like cramps, and the bleeding was light. I called the on-call doctor, who said it was probably due to having sex the day before and she wasn't too worried. Luckily I have a prenatal appt scheduled for this morning anyway, so she said just try to rest until then.
Trying to stay calm, I went to bed (or tried to sleep on the couch) but was woken up a little bit ago by the fact that I'd bled through my pad.
So now I just have to kill time until I can make it to the doctors and have them tell me what's going on. I know blood doesn't always equal miscarriage, especially after you've seen the heartbeat (and we've seen it 3 times now), but I'm still scared. Not sure how not to be.
