My 10yo niece plucked her eyebrows! I feel bad for laughing but she did a number on them. I'm trying to get a pic but she won't come out of the room

I remember in grade 7 a friend of mine didn't like plucking, and thoughts having was easier. And basically shaved half of one off! Poir thing

I just made pumpkin chocolate chip "brownies." They're tasty, but the texture is kind of like pumpkin bread, so it's a weird experience. But, chocolate chips and mama relax time, so no complaints!

Oh hello. It's been a long, weird, wonderful day. Willa was SO happy and goofy and hilarious.

But...

TL; DR: A friend of mine (more like acquaintance? She's in the program, so she's a friend I suppose) is 31 weeks pregnant. Her BF decided on Friday that he no longer wanted to be in her life, and up and packed and left. She's got no job (she quit bcs of pregnancy complications), 2 other kids, a brand new mortgage, and the dude just peaced out. I went to see her today and lend my support, and it was just...odd. Like I feel like there's a whole lot more to the story that she's not saying.

Anywho, it was weird.

I was really confused. Until I opened the thread. And then I just shook my head at my own reading comprehension failure.

@Caer‌ you're probably right. But either way I didn't get the picture. I still want one though. My sister shaved her eyebrows when she was a freshman in high school and I have that picture laying around somewhere so I was hoping for the matching one of mom and daughter. @MissDemeanor‌ yup same thing happened to my sister! Never grew back the same again

LO and I are laying down for a nap. It's the only way to get him to sleep. So I guess I'll have to take one for the team and nap too. Oh darn.

DD has come up with her own sign for up! When she wants us to pick her up, she's started sitting with one hand up in the air, waving back and forth. She looks like she's waving hello to the ceiling, and it is the cutest thing ever! :x

We start our new daycare tomorrow! And my new boss scheduled an 8:30 breakfast meeting. My hours are 9-6. Not coming in early to eat breakfast especially on new daycare day.

Am I THAT predictable? And/or lame? Because yes, it is definitely past my bedtime. lol. I'm watching the end of the second Hunger Games movie (for like the 7th time) and I can't pull myself away at the moment.

So the whole family met up at the castle this morning just as Mickey and a bunch of characters were going to do a little dancing show thingy with a band. So we thought the kids would love it. SIL announces if she doesn't get my 4 year old niece on a ride ASAP she's going to lose interest, grabs BIL and they storm off. The show literally starts a minute later. Seriously, a 4 year old is going to lose interest in Mickey Mouse, Goofy, and the gang dancing 4 feet in front of her.

They've been crappy all day. And my niece flipped out upon seeing her first character but yeah, she wasn't going to be interested in seeing like 8 of them at once.
