Morning sickness yet?

I know some if you have already talked about it but I want to see how many people have and haven't experienced morning sickness yet.

Thanks for this - this is my first and reading people's posts about morning sickness made me worry since I haven't had any yet. This calmed those nerves immensely.

This exactly! I voted that I can barely keep anything down but it's my 3rd and waaaay worse and way earlier then the last two

This is my first and I've had a few twinges. Also I have a difficult time sleeping. I keep waking up in the middle of the night and have a difficult time going back to sleep. Is that normal?

I said a few twinges, but I have my doubts it was MS instead of motion sickness or nasty smells and heat. But I'm a FTM and it's only week 5. I'm now reminded that I moved in with my in-laws last year at the end of September and they moved out at the end of May, so basically I'm going to repeat all those months of waiting except this time I'll be expecting a baby instead of a house at the end. Last year was long, shit.

Same here...having a hard time falling asleep initially too.

I didn't have morning sickness at all with our first but this time I am already having trouble - I find halfway through a meal I get queasy.

Ok. That explains it. I was feeling pretty good on Wednesday and made the point of actually recognizing that I was feeling pretty good. MS didn't hit with full force until 7w last time (when I was on holidays). Yesterday I had waves of nausea combined with hot flashes. Serves me right for thinking that I might be out of the woods!

This is my first. I couldn't keep anything down yesterday, ate later last night and was ok. I have felt queasy the past few days, blah. I thought it was too early for feeling this way!

This is my 2nd and I am 5 weeks today and still nothing! Slightly worried I think I was very sick at this point with my first.

I didn't have it until 6/7 weeks with my first two, but I've already got it this time. I voted for I've had a few twinges because I haven't actually thrown up. I just feel like I'm going to. Man it was bad this morning. Feeling better now though.

I'm 5 weeks 3 days. First pregnancy. It's not morning it's afternoon sickness and I feel like it's motion sickness not like I'm going to toss my cookies,
I'm eating healthy as I always have but no desire for food bc I'm bloated
I heard it gets worse. Not looking fwd to that

I've gotten random spells of dizziness but no throwing up yet. Last time it hit at 5 weeks even so I keep waiting for it. I'm really really hoping that this time around I skip it. Doubtful.

Anyone ever try the things to purchase like the pop drops or the wrist bands. So they work ?

I'd take these poll results with a grain of salt... morning sickness for most people doesn't start 'till at least 6 weeks which most of us aren't at yet.

With my first pregnancy, the wrist bands did help some. If I was in the office (before I shared the news) and couldn't wear them, I just used the same acupressure sites and pushed with my fingers.

I had my first nausea spell yesterday, and that blew. Nothing today though, so I'm hoping it will be sporadic, and not a constantly everyday thing. It's all new to me.

Really?!? How have I never heard this? I had zero m/s with my son but this time...holy smokes! I had to stay home from work Monday because I threw up for 5 hours straight. I've been super nauseous ever since. I was shocked because I was only 5 weeks.

Everyone is different.

Maybe the ladies clicking on this thread are mostly those who are already feeling sick, skewing the results.

Don't be scared if you had ms with your first pregnancy and not this one. I didn't have any ms with my DS (first child) and I was sick until 18 weeks with my dd. It could be a sign that you are having a different gender. I didn't start having ms with my daughter until 6 weeks and I have already had small bouts of this time. Zofran is my best friend when it gets bad!!!!!

@dfabrams1‌ They r little bracelets w like a half of a marble on them. The marble puts pressure On the inside of the wrists and is suppose to help nausea. I got them but haven't tried them yet
I get afternoon spells like it's motion sickness. Yet to actually throw up. But it's been hell

Hi from the May 2015 board. I'm 8w2d today and have had only extremely minor nausea, only occasionally, starting around 6w3d. I was also concerned but had a totally normal U/S on Friday. So for those of you wondering if everything is ok if you aren't feeling sick, do ENJOY the first month or so, until the fatigue hits. Also, I found small, frequent meals and good hydration really helped against the considerable bloat.

Morning is horrible! I can't anything down either I'm nauseated or vomiting everything! Argh I'm so over it and I'm just starting 4 weeks.

Then again it just start really bad today.

My mom had no morning sickness with her pregnancy so I'm hoping that's my case too. I'm 6 weeks and 1 day and have yet had morning sickness. Fingers crossed.

This is my first ever pregnancy. I am just over 6 weeks now. Last week I had the queasies and this week so far I'm starting to dry heave multiple times a day. My sniffer is getting so sensitive now. My go to foods that I know I can eat without wretching are cherry Greek yogurt, cheese, bananas and grapefruit. Everything else is a gamble on the sickness front...lol. I want and crave certain things but they end up making me feel so sick.

This is my first pregnancy. A couple days ago I got a wave of nausea while eating a big bowl of chili for dinner (that will be the last time I eat that for awhile...), and this morning woke up feeling a little queasy. I'm still not sure if this is morning sickness, but I'm sure I'll be finding out over the next couple weeks

I spoke too soon. It just hit today. No vomiting yet but I've been seriously nauseous all day and haven't been able to eat much at all today.

Popping in from April 2015. Congrats on your pregnancy every body!

If your morning sickness gets really bad (I had to miss a month a work), ask your doctor for a prescription to zofran or another anti nasuea medicine. It makes a difference!
