  DD occasionally has had a hard little ball of poop, she also is BF/FF. I will bicycle her legs and try to give a little more BM which usually helps. I had called the dr the first time and they said to wait 24hrs and if it's the same bring her in. It usually works itself out for DD, but the hard poops indicate constipation.   hope your LO feels better soon.  I agree with what PP said- it may also be the formula you are supplementing with.  Ask your pedi about possibly switching to a gentler formula.

  She's been referred to a peds gastrointestinologist (sp)? She's been on 1tsp of miralax since week 3 and uses at least 1 suppository a month. So we'll see on November 6th what else needs to be done!
