Well, I've come to the conclusion I have to do a better job with my eating. THis week I'm going back to myfitnesspal as that is the only thing that has helped me in the past. I am doing great with my workouts and are really enjoying them. I do want to add another day because I haven't been doing well with weekends.

What's the challenge this week, magenta?
I'm not doing great. I'm up 4 pounds since my lowest weight a few weeks ago. It's my eating/drinking. I really need to buckle down and refocus. I have a goal weight for my birthday, which is less than one month away. It's about 7 pounds away from this morning's weight
Ugh I've done terrible this whole month!! I hurt my back at the end of august and it really derailed me. I've been doing good with my workouts but I've been eating horribly.
I weighed in this morning and I've maintained thankfully, but prior to this I had been losing approx 5lbs per month so I'm very disappointed in myself.
My goal for October is to cut out sugar and really stick to my nutrition plan. I need to get back on track!!

This week's was cutting out (or at least down on) soda, though I definitely encourage trying to keep on doing any and all of the weekly challenges.
I'm doing pretty well. Still working out despite my screwed up back, but I had to modify some. Sadly, I can't do Zumba right now. I'm working on being better at recording my meals on MFP again, and I managed to eat pretty well this weekend despite being at Disney World. I did have one soda, though. ">
I'm still maintaining without logging in MFP. The medicine is still killing my appetite, which is good because all I want to do is sleep, so I'm super lazy right now. It would be nice to not have to log calories going forward, so we'll see.
Day 17 of the cleanse. Eating 96% clean (I may have stolen a few of DDs fries in a desperate moment). I'm allowed to re-introduce things back into the diet so last night I had vodka and club soda. Probably not smart. Still only down 6 lbs but I do feel skinnier a little so hopefully when I measure myself I lost some inches.
Stress induced not eating well. I got back on the wagon in Saturday though. I'm still sore from lunges on Sunday. Fingers crossed it pays off on the scale tomorrow!
I know we've been doing a weekly challenge. Since tomorrow is a new monthly is anyone up for an October challenge. For instance, runners: set a mileage goal for the month. Lifters can set a weight goal they are trying to reach. Anyone in? They don't have to be the same. Everyone can list their own and we can check in and hold each other accountable. Thoughts?
I think that's a good idea. I'll still put up weeklies, but we can post our personal goals as well.
