Light pink spotting and pinkish mucus

So sorry for the TMI but I wanted to get your honest opinions. This afternoon after a BM (constipated from the prenatal) almost immediately when I wiped I had a pinkish/nude spotting about the size of a quarter. And then a piece of mucus of the same color that measured about a 1/2 of an inch. I called the RE but still haven't heard back from the doc on call. I am not having cramps that are unmanageable but I do have cramps on and off through out the day or every other day. Have you guys experienced this? Or did you experience this around 4w5d?
Me: 26 (IC/PCOS-2000mg of Metformin daily)

June 2014- HSG=clear

DH: 27 (SA results were great minus the slightly low morphology)
Started dating DH in 2002 at 14 years old
Married on 03.01.2014
Officially TTC since April 2014 
January 2013- Surprise BFP, m/c at 6 weeks, D&C 2 Weeks later
April 2014- First RE appointment
July 2014- IUI#1-Canx due to scar tissue and polyps. TI with the help of Ovidrel. BFN

August 2014- Hysteroscopy to remove scar tissue and polyp

September 2014- IUI #1.1-100mg Clomid, Ovideral, 11.5 million swimmers=BFP

EDD-6/3/15- Our sweet baby Ryan was born on 1/6/15 and is in the arms of an Angel

Dx with IC on 1/6/15

    For what it's worth, my RE said that pink and brown spotting is normal and only to call about bright red. Cramping is normal too.

    I get a tiny bit of spotting discharge after a hefty poop or after puking.  Unless it gets heavier or darker, it should be good.  If it keeps up, I'd call the RE just for peace of mind.  How was your beta today?

    Thanks guys. She called back and when I told her everything that's going on she said "from what your telling me I'm not worried. Just take it easy and rest and let's see how you do through out the night." @gsancho‌ haven't gotten the results back but RE said she'll keep an eye out for them and review them as soon as they come in tomorrow and give me a call. I want to believe that everything is normal and fine but with my history I am a wreck. I'm so flipping scared something will go terribly wrong.

    FWIW, there's so much blood flowing to the cervix right now that any pressure you but on it (sex, straining to poop, holding your bladder) can cause some light spotting. It's like when you have a stuffy nose and you blow really hard and see blood on the tissue. Sounds like you're ok :-)

    IVF #1 never made it to transfer
    On "egg health" cocktail DHEA/CoQ10/FRC/Pregnitude/Melatonin
    Starting IVF #2 for Feb 2013
    Follistim/Menopur/Ganirelix
    Cancelled mid-cycle due to high P4 levels early on.
    OCPs again for IVF 2.5 mid-March. IVF 2.5 transferred two "gorgeous" 5-day blasts and BFFN. Even REI is baffled
    On indefinite hold until a huge stroke of serendipity led me to IVF 3 May 2014
    Testing found positive cardiolipins/APS, now on lovenox and intralipid infusions
    Transfer of 2 5-day blasts and (FINALLY) BFFP!! 1st ultrasound shows two sacs and two HB, but one is sluggish, almost expecting vanishing twin Subsequent ultrasound confirmed vanishing twin, but my other Little critter looks fantastic!

    @Ducky719‌ def came from the front I was trying to clean myself out because of all the left over mess from the suppositories so I kinda stuck some tissue up there. It's so funny how your privacy goes right out the window when it comes to privacy. Lmao.

    FWIW - I spotted on and off during week 4. I also had the pinkish mucus.

    TTC#1 since June 2012

    Dx: Unexplained Infertility / AMA

    BFP after 4th IUI cycle with Gonal F + Ovidrel on March 2014 | EDD 12/7/14 | MMC on 4/14/14 

    IUI#5 with Gonal F and Ovidrel trigger on 6/6 - BFN

    On to IVF #1 with a new RE. Started Gonal F and Menopur on 8/15.  Added Ganirelix on 8/24. Trigger on 8/26 for ER on 8/28. 8R 7M 3F.  Transferred all 3 on 8/31. BFP on 9/11 | EDD 5/20/15 - Beta #1: 56.7. Beta #2: 97. Beta #3: 1148. Beta #4: 3559. Beta #4: 7678. MMC confirmed on 10/13. D&C on 10/14 at 9w. Confirmed male with Trisomy 14.

    On to IVF #2 in March. CCS Testing on 2 embies. No go. Waiting to start IVF #3 in July. Surprise BFP on 6/14! EDD - 2/20/16 - Beta #1: 121.4. Beta #2: 236.4. Beta #3: 2014.

    So my beta came back today at 1576 which is great. My progesterone came back at 9.....-2.4 :( She put me on crinone so I hope it helps. I was on suppositories but she said that crinone is better. Something about research and data.

    Me: 37, DH: 39, TTC 5 yrs

    2013 summary: Diagnosed with Hypothyroid; Cervical polyp removed (benign); 
    2 rounds ovidrel with timed intercourse (no result): 3 rounds IUI with clomid + ovidrel (no result)
    2014 summary (to date):
    IVF cycle 1 - ER: 4/17 (28 follicles, 3 fertilized, 2 survived to day 3);
    ET: 4/20 (3rd day, 2 embryos - 1 @ 6 cells & 1 @ 4 cells); Beta 5/1 - BFP!; 
    1st scan 5/13 - development behind, no heartbeat detected; D&C 6/2; WTF 6/13
    IVF cycle 2 - BCP begun 7/12; stims w/ HGH begun 7/26; 
    ER: 8/6, 12 follicles, 7 fertilized w/ ICSI; ET: 8/11, 3 blastocysts left, 2 transferred, 3rd arrested 8/12 - none to freeze :'(
    1st beta 8/19 - BFP! 294; 2nd beta 8/26 - 4976; 1st u/s 9/2; 2nd u/s 9/9 - two little heartbeats at 140 each!!!
