I got a call from my clinic and my calendar review was pushed back until next week because my nurse is on jury duty. Not a huge deal, but I am pretty sure that judging by the cycle date, that I will be starting estrogen priming/down regulation the 15th, which is only 2 weeks away (I still need to order my meds, pay the rest of our cycle fees, and fill out our consent forms). To top it off once I get my calendar, I will have to schedule monitoring and blood work with Dr. KK. I ended up emailing another nurse to see if they can just send me a copy of the calendar before next week. Dr. KK's office stressed that I should schedule my appointments as soon as I get my calendar since appointments can fill up quickly. I am a planner and last minute stuff stresses me out. I hope they can at least get me my calendar so that I can start scheduling appointments.

October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos
November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues
April 2015: FET #2.1

June-July 2012=IVF#2- MDL+ICSI&AH, 8R,4M,3F (BFP 9dp3dt) Beta#1 at 11dp3dt=36, Beta#2 at 15dp3dt=156, Beta#3 at 19dp3dt=671, dx'd with SCH, no growth-m/c at 7wks/Lap Dec 2012 to remove small fibroid.
Feb 2013=IVF#3-MDL, 2/1=baseline, started 10 units mdl, AFC-7, 2/3 start gonal f, self cxld cycle b/c of low e2.

Oct 2013=IVF#4-LLP+ICSI &AH, 10/14 (6R, 2M, 2F), 10/17-ET, 1 seven cell & a six cell, BFP at 9dp3dt, 1st beta=56, 2nd beta=52, CP.
Jan 2014=IVF #5-LLP, Cxld after 6 days of stims due to fast response and lead follicle.
March 2014=IVF 5.5-LLP, Lupron 3/10, BL 3/18, 11 days of stims, Trigger 3/29, ER 3/31. 7R, 2M, 2F. ET 4/3. Txfd one 5 cell & one 9 cell. BFP on hpt from 7dp3dt & on. Praise be to God. Beta #1 at 11dp3dt=106, #2 at 13dp3dt=239. First u/s 4/28, measuring on track & heartbeat seen. 5/5-2nd u/s, measuring on track with strong heartbeat. 5/12- 3rd u/s & released from RE. IVF#4 (11/13) C.CRM (ODW.U normal 8/13 Still no Diagnosis) EPP/antagonist. ER 13R/7M/6F. Only 1 made it to freeze. Abnormal. Looking into options of DE, Fresh vs frozen.
10/14 new local RE to look into what's next. CD3 FSH 4.7, AMH 0.9. Met with DE agencies and exploring options for feb/march 2015.
Surprise natural bfp (4 days before donor is signed). Beta #1 at 9dpo: 51.8, 2nd beta: 195 (25 hours doubling) @11dpo. 3rd beta (12/15): 516 (35 hrs doubling) 4th beta(12/17): 895 (58 hours doubling) 5th beta(12/19): 2120. U/S at 5w0d(12/22): one gestational sac with yolk sac. U/S #2 (6w0d)12/29. One little bean measuring 6w0d with HR 124. 3rd u/s(1/4)7w0d: baby measuring 7w2d. That is stressful.. I hate all of the hurry up and wait that comes with the process!!
Is there anyway you can get as much done while you wait? Maybe do the consents and pay the rest of the cycle fees?

@Km672 Nope no calendar today. I was looking at my treatment plan from Dr. KK and I think I may need to start steroids a week earlier than my clinic usually does (her plan says 3 weeks before cycle of conception, which if I count back from cycle date, I think my baseline should be October 30th which means I would need to start steroids October 8th, which is 2 days after my calendar review), which won't be a huge deal, as long as I get to have my calendar review on Monday as planned. I can't do the consents because I don't have them, they usually give them out at the calendar review. The cycle fees aren't a huge deal, since they haven't sent my bill yet, but they usually let me know when the fees are due at my calendar review which gives me time to plan.
I think I am going to call tomorrow and see if a nurse can tell me when the "start" of my cycle is supposed to be so that I can figure out when to start pred and when to schedule my follow up blood work with Dr. KK. Hopefully they can also tell me when I will be starting lovenox so that I can schedule my u/s with Dr. KK as well (hopefully it won't interfere with my cycle monitoring).

I still haven't gotten my calendar, but I did get the info I need from a nurse. I start prednisone in 1 week. They also gave me my start date for lovenox so I could make my appointment with Dr. KK's office. Her instructions were to come in 5-7 days after starting lovenox, I had to make my appointment 4 days after starting (I will take my 5th dose that day) to avoid conflicting with my IVF monitoring (I start lovenox on a Monday and my appointment with KK is on Friday. Ideally I would do it on Monday which is 7 days after starting lovenox, but that is my first monitoring appointment locally). I have not been able to set up my blood work to see if pred is working, since I need to talk to a nurse. I left a message on the nurse line and sent a portal message, hopefully I will get that taken care of in the next few days.
I still haven't heard anything from them regarding IVIG or have I heard from the financial lady about my blood work claims from August. I think Dr. KK's staff is really nice, but they don't always provide the quickest response. I guess I am spoiled since my IVF nurse usually responds with in hours.

Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
