AW (UPDATE in OP): big RE appointment today (GIF story)

UPDATE: Go search for some marshmallow roasting sticks because WE ARE BURNING THE BENCH!  

My ute is all clear and my RE even called it "gorgeous" (he really knows how to make a girl blush). The cyst on my ovary that he suspected was an endometrioma shrunk from 2cm to 1cm. Woot woot! 

We got DH's SA results back, too. Everything was above average--including a total motile count of 380 million/mL--except that he only had 1% strict morphology. The RE said he was not very concerned about morphology, though, with a count that high, and said that it doesn't change our plan to move on to Femara + Ovidrel + IUI as our next step. I'm supposed to call on my next CD1 to get the Rx and schedule monitoring. But in the meantime, we got the green light to try on our own this month!

I'm still waiting for my AMH result. A busy day at the lab means that I won't get my result until tomorrow. But I'm happy with the news so far, and I know I can't change what the result is, so for today I'm just trying to focus on the positive.  Thanks for all the support, ladies!

I'm scheduled for a hysteroscopy at my RE's office to check out my ute and make sure all is clear and healing OK from my August surgery (which removed retained tissue left over from my D&C). I'm really hoping the RE will say this:

And tell us we can do this.

Today we'll also find out the results of DH's SA. I'm hoping that they'll make us all...

Finally, I have to have a blood draw to have my AMH level tested. Since I have a suspected endometrioma on one ovary and I'm 35, I'm expecting to be like this when I get the results:

Yet I remain hopeful that at least SOME of the news we get today will be good. The last time we actively TTC-ed was in March, prior to my last loss. I am really hoping the wait is over because I'm feeling...

    **BFP#1 Feb 20th. EDD October 28th, 2014. MC March 20th (7.5 wks) D&C.

    **BFP #2 May 22nd. EDD Feb 8th, 2015.   MC  July 1st, 2014 (6.5 weeks) D&C

     Heard both babies heartbeats @6w3d, 122bpm and 100bpm. Will never forget that sound!

    Dx: Officially Unexplained (I have Polycystic Ovaries diagnosed via ultrasound, but few classic PCOS symptoms, he has mild MF issues. So... not issue free, but nothing so severe as to explain IF)

    I also deal with post-surgical Hypothyroidism following Thyroid Cancer in 2009, but under control with Levothyroxine

    4 months Clomid (thinned lining) and 10 months Letrozole (every indication that I responded perfectly)

    6 failed IUIs in 2013, 3 with trigger

    IVF #1 in March 2014

    ER 3/21/14, 31R/21F, 12 frosties!

    ET 3/26/14, 1 perfect blast transferred: BFN

    FET#1 5/28/14, 2 "beautiful" early blasts transferred. BFP!!

    Beta #1 (6/11/14) 798; Beta #2 (6/18/14) 7,966.

    1st u/s (6/25/14) showed 2 sacs, 1 empty & 1 with a beautiful little bean doing what it needs to do!

    EDD 2/14/15, missed miscarriage, DX: Trisomy 21. D&C 8/1/14

    FET#2 Transferred 3 embies, 2 looking pretty good, one not so much. BFN.

    IVF#2 January 2015, tentative ER 1/23

    SHG 5/10/13: both tubes blocked; HSG 6/28 = Left tube cleared! Right blocked.

    Repeat c-scar surgery June 2015
    2nd and last IVF cycle August 2015, stimmed for 12 days, 2 egg retrieved, both mature and both fertilized.  Transferred both 8-cell embryos on Day 3, beta 9/5/15 = BFFN
