Missed my midwife appt because of my flight home so have it this morning instead. They will be going over my ultrasound results.
I skipped all my bloodwork so they won't be going over that. *bad client*
In guatemala I bought an adorable plush baby blanket and pink moccasin booties at Zara Home!
I won't be going to the hospital because homebirth-- but it's still good to have stuff in one place for easy DH access after birth. Still have to choose the post-birth outfit but might use the same westcoastbaby kimono set my son wore.

How are you feeling? Uncomfortable & tired.
Appointments/Updates? I'm feeling baby kick more and more. I think he even had the hiccups yesterday, but not 100% sure.
Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? I cracked and bought a few adorable little outfits (I think I'm obsessed with Baby Gap). MIL purchased baby bedding.
Rants/Raves: I'm pretty happy right now, considering I just ate breakfast... but I can totally rave about how awesome my hair/skin has been lately!
QOTW: What do you plan to pack in your hospital bag? I plan to only pack necessities (robe, nursing tops, yoga pants, panties, pads, phone + camera, toiletries, pillow, etc.). But I'm totally an "over packer" so we shall see how that goes. Luckily, the hospital is fairly close to our house so DH can always run & pick up anything we forgot.

How are you feeling? Minus a horrid head cold/virus, good. My BP has been pretty stable. I'm getting pretty uncomfortable, though. My muscles and joints hurt from so much bed. They have a massage therapist come in for me but I'm still achy.
Appointments/Updates? Another weekly u/s on Monday showed Zoe was growing good still, so yay!
Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? We pretty much have all the big ticket items bought now. I bought her some sleep sacks and more clothes this week.
Rants/Raves: Yeah, this dang virus needs to GO. I'm sick of not breathing, my ears hurting, my head filled.. I hate fall/winter for this reason.
QOTW: What do you plan to pack in your hospital bag? Well, I'm kinda already here! haha.. so I don't really need much of anything else? The only thing we need to still get is a 'coming home' outfit for her. But all my stuff is here.
How are you feeling? On the whole, really great! Right this second, though, my stomach is kind of churning. It's my fault, though. I've been munching on Snyder's Honey Mustard and Onion Pretzel Pieces all morning...should've just put some in a bowl instead of bringing the whole bag in the other room with me...
Appointments/Updates? Had one this past Monday. Midwife was super happy because I only gained 3 lbs since the last appointment! Yay!
Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? We finalized our registries on Saturday, which was exciting. Then, after we were done at Babies R Us, we stopped by Gabriel Brothers to look for cheap maternity clothing for me, and while we were there, we found an adorable Chef onesie. Both my mom and grandfather are really into cooking, so we bought it and texted them a picture.
Rants/Raves: The skin on the back of my wrists has gotten RIDICULOUSLY dry. I'm used to this happening in November or December, when it actually gets cold and dry. I'm guessing it's baby related.
QOTW: What do you plan to pack in your hospital bag? Hmm...my own clothes for labor (do NOT want a hospital gown...), nursing bras and tanks, yoga pants, clothes for me and baby to go home in, water bottles, snacks, computer, and probably some other stuff. I haven't really thought about it a whole lot yet.
Week/Fruit: 26/Lettuce (Jan 1. ladies - less than 100 days to go!!)
How are you feeling? Feeling pretty good. I've managed to not get sick even though some of the folks I see have had colds so I'm grateful for that!
Appointments/Updates? Just had an appointment yesterday. In 2 weeks my fundal height increased by 4cm and my Midwife took 3 or 4 measurements to be sure she had it right. Gavin's obviously growing well.
Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? We officially have the crib and dresser, MIL bought the bedding set and mobile and apparently my mom has been out buying baby clothes. She even tried to go to Babies R Us and surprise us by buying the recliner but we had already bought it last week.
Rants/Raves: My SIL came over last night to talk to my mom and I about the baby shower and kind of pissed me off. She says she plans on doing Evites for the shower and I just feel kind of cheated because I got paper invites for the shower she did for her other SIL last year. DH is worried that some of his older family members don't have emails and it just seems like a mess.
On top of all that, DH has this whole long list of people he wants to visit before he moves to Maine in a month and all I want to do is relax and hog all the time he has left...
QOTW: What do you plan to pack in your hospital bag? Ummm...what hospital bag? J/K...kinda...
I know I need to start thinking about this and get on it but right now I'm more worried about finding a birthing class and doula than packing a bag.

How are you feeling? Really good...and this week's fruit seems accurate to me! My belly is very round these days
Appointments/Updates? Had another u/s this past Tuesday & doc said everything looks great!
Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? No, but I almost bought a floor model of the stroller I want at BRU for about $100 cheaper, but resisted because with my luck, it will break the first time I use it and it's a final sale. But I'm hoping to start my registry this weekend.
Rants/Raves: just happy baby is looking good...and I got a very cute u/s pic on Tuesday that I've been showing off!
QOTW: What do you plan to pack in your hospital bag? I can't remember what I packed with DD....toothbrush, paste, light robe, phone....
How are you feeling? Pregnant! Physically feeling some pregnancy side effects, RLP, itchy belly, leaky breasts and feel a little like I'm stretched to the max and I know I'm just going to get bigger. Emotionally, I guess I'm feeling pregnant too lol. Highs where I'm excited and want to paint the nursery, and then lows when I worry about my son and how he is going to handle not being an only child. And the fact my H is always working or running errands for me or sleeping.
Appointments/Updates? Next appt is October 8th ( hopefully with my OB I had with my son, the OB I have now is sort of rude to me and doesn't answer my questions. Update: LO's second scan to view her heart and growth were perfect, and Free cell fetal DNA test results all came back negative. I feel a lot better about that.
Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? Yes! I bought a dresser and storage unit for the nursery and little pink and grey boxes for it. Some stroller blankets, ordered the car seat. Bought a cute binky set although not sure I'm going to give her pacifiers yet. Some sleepers and onsies and little owl booties.
Rants/Raves: H bought me a new phone for my birthday. I dropped my iPhone 5 a month ago and it never really worked the same. I know have a galaxy. I'm super excited I will be able to take normal pictures again.
QOTW: What do you plan to pack in your hospital bag? This is funny to me because I made a list about a week ago of stuff to pack for the hospital. And I remembered when I had my son the one thing I forgot that I needed was deodorant. I finished my list for this time around and then a few days later I realized I didn't write deodorant down on the list. Just the possibility that I could have forgotten it again, was surprising to me. ( Definitely need deodorant after hard labor and pushing sometimes for many hours), then caring for baby immediately then trying to rest when baby is sleeping. All of a sudden guests pop in and come take the baby from you and you hadn't showered since the day before and you brought a little person in to the world ( no small feat) lol. I was really worried I didn't smell the best while I had visitors, and even the nurses. I had my son in my room with me the entire time, I had to give in and let him go to the nursery while I showered.
How are you feeling? A little more tired but pretty good otherwise.
Appointments/Updates? Nothing too new. Failed 1 hour glucose so need to do a 3 soon. Otherwise next appointments are the 16th
Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? I am having my shower out of town with friends on the 11th. I started getting gifts in the mail this week. So nice! Got the stroller/car seat combo earlier this week :-) Also found a Pottery Barn Dresser I wanted on Craigslist for a great deal. Picking that up on Sunday.

QOTW: What do you plan to pack in your hospital bag? Holy crap I have not thought much about this. I want a couple non-hospital looking hospital gowns. My kindle, Tooth brush and tooth paste. Comfy slippers. Nice luxurious lotion. Big underwear for after C-Section..oh deodorant, nursing bras.
How are you feeling? The usual, so not that great. Taking it day by day.
Appointments/Updates? On Oct 6th I go in for my GDT, as well as an ultrasound to check on the size of my fibroids and to check and make sure my baby is still growing well.
Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? Yup, I got her a full 0-3 wardrobe, a swing, and a bouncy seat thanks to FB.
Rants/Raves: Sciatica is the current bane of my existence, but I'm thankful for good pain meds. I tried chiro treatment. The adjustment made the pain much worse, but the massage helped.
QOTW: What do you plan to pack in your hospital bag? Nothing so out of the ordinary that it needs to be mentioned.

Bought stuff?: nope, it's moot since it'll be adopted out once born, so I'll skip this section from now on
Rants/raves: I wish people would stop coming to me telling me how depressed they are. I'm just not a good person with comforting people like that; I'm more apt to try and distract you from your sad feels than talk them out with you, since that's how I handle mine. But god if some people just cannot shut up and take a hint.
QOTW (hospital bag): I.. do not know. Maybe clothes? I dunno. I mean, definately phone/purse, but other than that, I could always just call my family for items, we're only 5-10 mins from the hospital
