So what is the oddest thing that has made you cry?

Today I had to change the radio because a Black Crows song "She talks to angles" was making me weepy.

After I had DD, my DH put on the movie "Fox and the Hound" for our 3 year old DS. I started screaming and crying for him to change it that it made me so sad 'because why can't they be friends." He looked at me and said I can't tell if you are serious. To which I screamed, I AM SERIOUS. So he turned it off which made DS start crying. Fun times all around.

Well...
There was a HUGE spider on the ceiling the other night. Like...the size of the palm of your hand big. And hairy.
I freaked, but left it alone.
30 seconds later, the spider lost its footing and FELL on the floor-- running towards the blanket on my legs. I freaked and threw my DD's Barbie at it. It then did the creepiest thing ever: grabbed the Barbie's hair and looked at me.

I then threw a ball at it and it ran under a lid on the floor. I lifted the lid and he pushed his legs out in attack mode and started charging towards me. Scared, I threw a book at it and killed it.

I felt soooo bad about killing it, I cried. I have, since then, thought about the poor spider daily.

My DH laughs at me, and he should.

I get choked up listening to music ALL the time.

I cried when a Greek yogurt fell out of my grocery bag and stayed in H's trunk overnight, because it was my favorite flavor and I didn't want to throw it out.

I cried watching DWTS last night when Betsey Johnson's pro partner told her he was proud of her.

I cried when I had to cancel a massage appointment.

At least twice a week, I cry because I miss my kitty that we had to put down in June. I miss that little bugger SO much and it catches up with me out of nowhere.

My pot was turning out like crap during my pottery class today and I had tears in my eyes. Im hoping the instructor didn't notice. I kept telling myself to get it together! It's a just-for-fun hobby class! Its just a lump of clay, poke a hole in it an move on! Didn't help.

I may have she'd a few tears when DH sent me this picture.

I've been waiting for that beer all year. It's my very most favorite. Timing is a cruel mistress. I asked if we could stock up and store as many cases as I could buy and save it for May.

I cried when my bf called and asked me if we could order pizza. At that moment I couldn't keep anything down except crackers and ramen and was currently tmi puking bile/acid when he asked. I literally started bawling. Cuz I really wanted to eat pizza or just real food I was starving from not really eating anything but I knew I wouldn't be able to eat it.

I cried watching the episode of Buffy where Riley leaves and she tries to catch him. I HATE Riley. But I was so broken up!

To add to the picture, I was eating cookie dough at the time. MMMMM.

I saw a lady holding a sign on the corner saying that she was a mom fallen upon hard times, and even though some of those people are lying, I lost it!!! Bawling in traffic at the stop light. My husband thought I was crazy. I was looking and digging in my purse for cash!

That's so sweet! My fiance's boss, when he said he was taking a half day for my next appointment said, "Why? Just google some ultrasound pictures, they all look the same." Grumph.

I cried at Modern Family too! It wasn't even sad! A couple weeks ago I cried because my ice cream cone was stale, I cried while watching Dancing with the Stars when Sadie Robertson danced (no clue why), and I cried when a friend started talking about her favorite football player. I also cry every morning watching the news while getting ready for work. It's ridiculous!

I bawled this morning when I saw that commercial about the guy leaving his dog. My dogs are my kids and the thought of them being left behind if something ever happened to me breaks my heart. I'm getting teary typing this now.

Right before I found out I was pregnant, I cried watching this video of a marching band halftime show. They were playing music from various TV shows and the theme for The Office was played. I miss that show. I think that was my sign that my hormones were out of whack.

I've cried at pretty much every TV show I've watched the past week. Every time my DH just laughs at me. It is pretty funny. But man that commercial with the guy leaving his dog got me bawling!

We just started feeding ds sweet potatoes and he spit up and started.crying. I came to look because I was in the kitchen and I thought it was blood. I screamed and cried, but quickly realized what it was. I was so upset though.

My college marching band (I never played) and Miss America intros ....it's true. I'm ridiculous. Crying at the band was when I knew for sure I was pregnant.

Haha. I feel so much better after reading this thread. Im only 7 weeks so I thought I was being ridiculous with these tears at homeowners ins. commercials. I told my husband I'm so excited for this pregnancy but not prepared for the hormone roller coaster as I cried during the George Strait farewell concert I had on my DVR this weekend. And then again today and I was designing signs for my family to take to the game when Paul Konerko (chi white sox player) retires this weekend and they retire his jersey number. I mean seriously.

When I was pregnant with my last daughter, I had to have some extra tests done. One was a fetal echocardiogram at 34 weeks. Before we went in, we grabbed lunch at a restaurant across from the hospital. I ordered a salad that was supposed to have fruit, blue cheese and nuts on it. When it came it did not have the cheese on it so I pointed that out to the waiter and asked for the cheese. He went off to get it and I started to cry because I was so nervous about the procedure we were about to have. The poor waiter came back to find this big pregnant woman crying and totally thought I was crying over the lack of cheese on my salad! He kept apologizing, comp'ed the salad, etc. We all started laughing and it ended up really lightening the mood.

I have cried reading every single one of these...

I cried this weekend when Anna And Elsa's parents died, even though I have seen it thousands of times.

I cried this weekend at the ECU game when we won against UNC. It was when the students starting chanting "we want 70!" It was just such an incredible moment of pure spirit I burst into tears. Then I continued to cry as they scored that TD and field goal to give them that 70th point. My husband has never been prouder of me (we are die hard fans and alumni -we bleed purple and gold)

I cried this am when I stopped to get gas and went in to get my DD French Curler - it's usual tray had been replaced by pumpkin spice munchkins.

Before I knew I was pregnant, me and my hubby went bar hoping downtown, and I really enjoyed dancing the nights away, when we got to our favorite bar no one was on the dance floor, and I cried the whole walk to the car.. I knew something was wrong.
