Missed dose of estrace

my RE put me on vaginal estrace twice daily x3 days, starting yesterday AM as Clomid thinned my lining (big shock). I took my first dose yesterday around 1pm but forgot to take the 2nd dose last night. I didn't miss it this AM.
Is this a big deal? My gut says it isn't but I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Thanks, ladies!

DH (41)-no MFI
07/2014-Femara 5mg + trigger + IUI= chem preg ;(
08/2014-Femara 5mg + trigger + IUI + 2nd trigger= BFN
09/2014-Clomid 100mg + trigger + IUI + 2nd trigger= BFN
10/2014-benched due to RE out of town, tying naturally!
11/2014-benched due to cyst
12/2014-Femara 5mg + stair step with additional 5 days Femara 5mg + trigger + IUI=BFN
01/2015-Femara 5mg + Gonal F 25 units + trigger (plus additional Gonal F 100 units on trigger night) + IUI= BFP!!! Twins due 10/2015
09/28/2015- Surprise!  Conrad and Hudson born at 35w6d!

    Also...my IUI is scheduled for Fri @ 8 am

    The extra estrogen will help to thicken your lining in time for implantation. I would call the office to ask. He may want to keep you on it longer or even get another ultrasound to make sure it helped enough. I needed Estrace one cycle and took it from CD11 I think (when they discovered the lining wasn't thick enough) through to my BFN.
