  • Hi Ladies!

I don't know how I have lived without a foundation brush all these years but it was seriously a miracle purchase. WTF was I thinking before?

    Foundation brush: worth every penny.
Goodness I feel old, feel like I look old, never wear makeup though. You know the saying "if the barn needs painting..."? Well I need help. Lol. Maybe I should look up some tutorials on YouTube for old pregnant ladies. ;)

I'm ready for a belly support band. Suggestions?

I loved my maternity belt and wore it until I was put on hospital bed rest at 31 weeks. Here's the link: It's You Babe Mini Cradle, Small (136-180 Pounds) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000I615Q4/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_W3niub05H6GTS

Hope it works just as great for you if you decide to get it! @PeaceofKia‌

I'm not a big makeup girl, but I love the foundation brush. I wear light foundation, a little blush and a bit of color on my eyes. The foundation just goes on so much more even with the brush. However, I feel like I'm painting " the barn" because it's a brush!

Eta: Maybe ask at the Clinique counter? That's where I started.

I've used a band (not the same one!) with both pregnancies and LOVED them.

Got the Bella Band this time, from Amazon. Works really nicely for me -- I just try to remember to always keep the rubbery band on the inside and bottom (will make sense when you see it). Highly recommended!

  • So we found out DH has pneumonia. The doctor didn't seem worried that I was pregnant and around him, so that's good (pregnancy is hard enough without pneumonia added on!!). I just hate it for him-- he can't work the rest of this week, and we were supposed to go to the beach this Thursday for a little family getaway :(
