I have weaned except for overnight, but when I was still EBFing 1.5 months ago, it was 4 times. I realized I answered wrong when I clicked 3 times. I nursed at wake-up, right when I got home around 5 pm, at bedtime, and once overnight.
BFP #1 9/2010 (lost our baby at 21 weeks)
BFP #2 8/2011 (ectopic pregnancy)
BFP #3 10/2011 (chemical pregnancy)
BFP #4 12/2011 (Abigail born 8/15/12)
BFP #5 5/2013 (Griffin born 1/23/14 with heart defects, now repaired!)
I only go in two days a week from 9-2:30 (WFH other days), so I just feed him right when I drop him off and right when I pick him up - I only miss one feeding. I don't pump for that feeding, his DC just gives him formula.
I voted 2x. In the am and before bed. She's been eating at 6, 9:30, 12:30, 3:30, and 7. Every now and then she will nurse a little at 5 when we get home, but mostly she just wants to eat all. The. Food.
6 am Wake up nurse, daycare bottles at 9, 12, 3, nurse at home 5:30-6, and again before bed at 8. He's now eating oatmeal after morning nurse, a serving of fruit and one veggie serving after noon bottle, and then a veggie and protein for dinner with us after the evening nurse.
We nurse Wake up, pick up and bedtime. I pump twice and she gets 2-3 bottles + veggies and fruit between 6:30am and 3:30. I didn't include her all night wake up calls during which I am an on demand snack bar.
Hallelujah, it's a miracle, I have children AND a signature!
Usually 3. Once in the morning before work, bedtime, and once overnight (if I'm lucky; sometimes it's twice). I do a bottle of pumped around 10pm though to top her off.
I picked 2, I wish it was more. But I nurse to bed, and then middle of the night. He takes a bottle 4 times a day, I even give him a bottle once b/c he is such a distracted nurser and a light weight that I needed to moniter how many ounces he was taking.
Re: Breastfeeding, working moms how many times do you nurse a day?
Baby Girl #2 is on her way!
