FYI: OPK as HPT

So some ladies on SAL were talking about using OPK's as HPT's the other day, and today I was super bored and decided to pee on an old internet cheapie OPK I had.....

So I dipped the strip, and my TEST line actually showed up immediately, and a full minute before the control even showed up! It was pretty cool.

So in case you were wondering, yep it works!?

    I keep hearing about this, but it confuses me b/c when I did OPK's this month I always had some kind of faint line.  Is it the quickness of the test line showing that you look for?

    I think it's the darkness... the line was so dark it started bleeding, I think it was at least 5 shades darker than the control!

    Yes, it is true it does work!  My levels are not being checked so this is my way of checking them myself, lol!  I POAS (OPK) two days ago, and then again this am.  The test line was almost black it was so dark -- and it is darker then it was two days ago -- both made the control line look like it was very faint!
