Hey ladies- not sure if any of y'all remember me, it's been several months since I posted. I was the one who found out in May that my baby girl would have HLHS (hypoplastic left heart syndrome), cleft lip and palate, and a deletion on chromosome 22. I was due Sept 19, but Lively Mae (we call her "Liv") was born August 23, at 4 lbs 1 oz. She had too many complications to be a candidate for the series of 3 open heart surgeries that she would need, so the doctors at Texas children's hospital sent us home to Louisiana with hospice for her. She lived a wonderful 9 days, but it was also so tragic for us as her parents. I'll love and miss her forever. Thanks for letting me be a part of y'all's group.
