Mine is from the trip to Ireland my husband and I took last October. While we were there we got to fly hawks, which was one of the coolest experiences of my life. That "little" guy on my arm is named Beckett.

It was pretty much one of my favorite trips ever and my husband and I are dying to go back.

I have been obsessed with mermaids ever since I saw the movie The Little Mermaid (all time favorite), and so is my daughter. I don't think she had a choice though; it's how we decorated her room.

Fun Fact About Me: My big sister used to threaten me with turning into the sea witch to make me do what she wanted when I was little and we shared a room.

Fun Fact About DD: Her first word was mama, her second was mermaid.

Mine is from a student drawing when I got engaged (I taught kindergarten at the time) I scanned it and turned it into our save the date magnet. It's too small to see but he drew a huge rock on my finger.
