Hugs, @jaztastic! That was awful and I can't believe someone is about to WK that shit. I literally cried over every loss on this board whether I knew the name or not. Hugs for everyone who read that mess.

@AngieAn about 40 minutes away! It's such an awesome place to live
That is so wonderful. I have always wanted to go there. It's a 24 hour drive ( a bit longer then you, LOL) but for some reason we never make it out there. We were thinking about going this November, but when I found out I was pregnant we decided that since we already went on one vacation, we would pass on that one. Maybe we will make it a priority for next year!
If you guys want to go next year, head out here at Christmas. It is so magical and 10 months old is a great time to take the kiddo, needs-wise. They can still sleep anywhere, but aren't just screaming randomly anymore, and it won't be too hot then either!
@jmcgra06 my 14 month old busts through cabinet locks like you wouldn't believe. It's amazing for their ages what they can do (your's with dexterity mine has brute force)
I so don"t want to be here until 5:30. in tuesday I didnt get home until 7 becayse the traffic was so bad.
Also Im getti.g really sick of my boss always running to my dad about decisions in my job. Im not a kid Im married and own my own home and my boss still wants to ok everything with my dad.

@nbd311 We spent $700 on our double stroller. It was on our registry because BRU is doing double rewards points on registry items. There were certainly cheaper options for double strollers. I have justified this to myself in two ways.
1. When you buy a car, you don't just buy a cheap one because they exist, you research and choose what's best for you.
2. Purchases for me have gone out the window, so I'm getting what I like dammit.
@kismetjiss I have low blood pressure and get dizzy all the time even before this pregnancy. Water would only help if you're dehydrated. Add electrolytes in your water should help, I add some salt in my water to boost my blood pressure when I start to feel fainty... and go eat something!
Good luck. Go talk to your doctor too. I hate to get other people all worried, but there could be other reasons, for me it's heart related.
Thanks. I have talked to my OB, and she is monitoring it. Before it got really low my OB had asked if I was craving anything unusual and I joked that I'm craving so much salt...and that I probably should cut it out. She quickly stopped me and said "NO! You'll pass out!" eh....no bueno. Usually my BP is pretty perfect. Which is lucky because high BP runs in my family.
Baby shower threads hate me... why is it that every time I ask questions on a baby shower thread, all the people with the strong opinions have nothing to say to me?
Im starting to think Im the smelly kid in class.
eta... except Ordinary1, She is the only person to ever respond to me on said topic.

MMM Christmas at Disneyland is indeed magical! My favorite time of year to go there! Our passes expired, but DH said we can renew them this year! I can't wait. I haven't been in a year! We only live 1.5 hours away so we frequent Disneyland a lot when we have our passes.
I passed out at home earlier this week but chalked it up to my usual low blood pressure problem. I went to see the OB the next day, she told me I should have came in within 4 hours of fainting. Don't be a bad mommy like me, you have 4 hours to get your asses in.
I got yelled at, but my munchkin is still in there, prob mad at me too for the accidental squishing.
I just want to reiterate to all the loss mamas that NO ONE feels that way. I can 100% guarantee you that that thought does not cross any rational persons mind. Not for one second would I or anyone else feel anything but devastation when another mama looses her baby. Hugs to all.

DAMN SKIPPY! What she said! to all of you loss mamas!!! :x
So excited! I just called for information regarding an indoor aquatics class! I asked if it was prenatal friendly and the guy said, "as long as your water doesn't break in our pool, I can't see why not!"
Odd response but that sounds like a thumbs up to me! I'm going to go check it out next week. If it all works out, it sounds like it'd feel amazing. I swam last weekend and it felt soooo good. I slept like a baby that night.
I don't think I can take all the losses today, along with the moron on M15. I have just been starting to feel like my loss was a "fluke". Not that I'm safe until these babies are born safely, but I was starting to not freak out daily. Ugh.

We are excited to meet William Alexander and Harper Abigail in 2015!
I'm a little worried to ask this because I have a feeling it might be controversial... But what happened to GhostMonkey? Or point me in the right direction of lurking?
Baby shower question yay! Hey at least I'm not starting a new thread.
My boss donated a free night certificate for the hotel I work at valued at $200 (really nice hotel). She said it was so we could do a diaper raffle at the baby shower. I've never heard of this so I have no idea if this is considered tacky or not. Opinions?
I don't think that's tacky at all! That's giving back to your guests. Most of the baby showers I've attended had some type of diaper raffle. It's fun for the guests. They buy a box of diapers and have the chance of leaving with a free night stay at a nice hotel! Also to include the amount of diapers you'll get, which you will need.
Plus guests don't have to participate if they don't want to.

I know I started crying when I saw today, I am counting down to viability for my next goal, then 34wks then 36.

Same goal here. I just want to make t to viability. At that point at least if something were to happen there is hope of taking home the babies. Then I really want to get to 34 weeks so that I can deliver at my hospital of choice. Fingers crossed for our twins @chickyclg!!!

DH asked me to roll over last night (I'm big spoon 90% of the time) because loo was kicking him too much for him to fall asleep. He's been so much sweeter since he started feeling LO move, too.
Heads up if anyone is a subscriber to NHL GameCenter. They are charging their renewing customers a "early bird special" of $160. For new subscribers it is $100.
WTF. DH just sent an angry email to their support services. Way to screw over your long time customers!!!

I REALLY wanted nuggets from Burger King today. Drove all the way there to find out they've moved! So then I was forced to go to McDonalds.
I may or may not be eating a Big Mac, french fries, and a 4 piece nugget. No shame.
Well, maybe a little.
