Baby fever

As I mentioned in the spam thread the other day, I have medical concerns regarding fertility, etc. Naturally, I have baby fever (not actually ready for another for a while). Nick and I have been discussing our favorite names. We love Gianna, Isabella, Elsa, and Isla for a girl. Hunter and Finn (Finnegan) for boy. Since I know in not alone here, what are you fave names or GP names? Mine have changed since A was born (except Hunter), have yours?

For a boy, I love Grayson Andrew
For a girl, Selah Marie. I'm really attached to the names, so they haven't changed since DS was born. Though, I almost changed DS's name at about 35 weeks when we came up with Grayson. Lol

I love Ezra and Rhys. Love all your names actually. Also, I need to add Eliza. I can't use Elsa because Anja and Elsa would be too similar to Frozen lol.

The only boy name we could ever agree on was Sawyer. We're only planning one more and may even use it if we have another girl. We also like Piper and Harper. The name would have to be similarly uncommon, like DD

Laila for a girl we had that picked for K if he was a girl. For a boy...idk what we would do we barely agreed on Kaleb. I love Weston, Grayden, Eric, Ryan and Christian. DF hates them all so lol

LO was very close to being named Finn or Finnegan. That is the only other name we both really like. I also like Samuel and August or Augustus, but DH isn't a big fan of either.

There are more girl names that we both like.. Charlotte, Josephine, Annaleise and Elizabeth... so of course we had a boy.

I go through waves of baby fever lol.

If we ever had another, girl name candidates would be Poppy or Miley (my pick) or Marley (DH's pick)

Boy names are hard. I love Finn, but DH hates it. DH loves Vincent (Vinny) but it's not my favorite. We both love Gabriel, but our families made fun of us when we were thinking of it for ds2.

I think I'm sticking with our runner up picks for dd, Nora and Owen. I also love Caroline and Luke but we have family members with those names so I think they are out.

For a boy, I love Jackson, even though I know it is currently one of the most popular boy names. I also like Finn and Liam but DH hates those name. For a girl, I really like Liliana. Julia was almost Liliana but SIL pitched a fit because if she had a girl, she would name her Lily. I didn't want to fight with her at the time but if we had another girl, I wouldn't care. She's done having kids so it shouldn't matter.

I have a friend that just had a little boy a few days ago and she named him "Jaxson". It annoys me. For some reason I think it should be either "Jackson" or "Jaxon" I feel like you don't need the X and S. Lol

We're probably done with our two boys. If we had a girl, I love Allison, Violet, and Emerson. Quinn was also a contender last time, but it's too similar to Finn.

Boys: Declan, Owen, James, Liam and Aidan. I also like Jack but it would never work with the last name. It would be Jack C, say it really fast.

The names are pretty irish, I am half irish. My SO is not so our girls don't have terribly gaelic names.

For girls I love the names Colby, Kendall and Lily. All of which come from the soap opera All My Children. DH is on board with Kendall but also likes the name Alexis(Lexi for short)
If we have another boy we are practically screwed. There are a lot of boys between DH's family and the fire dept.

We are probably done but I love looking at baby names still. Brooklyn was my top pick but my family hates it. I love Peyton also for a girl. Mason was the only boy name we could agree on for DS.

I've known a few in my day, all were "Shi-von"...I guess Shiv-awn works too lol.

Siobhan is one of my favorite names. I have considered it but DH thinks it would be mispronounced a lot.

My family is Irish (like 5th gen potato famine immigrants). It's always been pronounced "Shi-Vaughn" or "Sha-vaughn".

With the exception of Violet, all of your girl names are intended to be boy names. I wish this didn't bother me, but it makes me cringe. Violet is beautiful though. It's on our girl list. Then we'd have 2 of the 4 boxcar children lol.

Hmmm I've only heard about that in Iceland. Reebok did a big documentary on Annie Thorisdottir, the crossfit athlete. Daughter of Thor.

I'm sure the general concensus in the US is Allison is a girl's name though.

The name calliope reminds of when I played soccer in high school. There was a girl named calliope on my team and her dad was the coach. All we could hear all game was "go calliope!" from him. I think they spelled it with a k.
