  @ToasterCat‌ that's totally NOT what I meant to imply. Yikes I am very sorry if that is how it came across! My point is that when women come here and say "why can't y'all just be nice and give advice, everyone is so mean and horrible here!" it's pointless.. good advice IS given, sometimes outright, sometimes with a little snark and sarcasm, and sometimes its not given at all because its the 37th time its been asked in a day. I was mainly pointing out that it gets old when advice just gets ignored anyway, especially if its not the advice the poster wanted to hear or wasn't sugar coated in some way. Good advice is given repeatedly, but gets ignored all the time by the OPs because it wasn't what they wanted to hear, so my point was more of "ok, yes you got some snarky answers, but here is at least one example of straight advice, no cursing, no sarcasm, just advice, yet OP chose to ignore it anyway, along with all the other opinions that were given, and instead lambasted everyone for being unhelpful. OP, when you ignore the useful advice that has already been given in both this post and many others exactly like it, people stop caring to take the time to give thoughtful answers, and you end up with snark, sarcasm and gifs". Again so sorry if it came across as though my advice was somehow better than others.
