Yep mommy & daddy bought her first car a 2 yr old toyota camary....she totalled it 2 months later....then mommy & daddy bought her a brand spanking new Ford F-150 and she crashed a year later....mommy & daddy got it fixed but she wanted a Ford Mustang for her 18th birthday....and guess what!!!!!!!

Yep mommy & daddy bought her a brand new 2008 Mustang for her 18th birthday 2 months ago. Mommy & Daddy pay for the insurance and gas and maintenance on all of the vehicles.

Its those kind of parents that I cant stand and very judgemental with.

Sound like shoddy parenting. For me my parents bought me my first car and paid for my insurance, gas and maintenance, they paid for college and I did well, they paid for grad school and did really well. Even though they so generously financed all of that I was respectful and took care of my responibilties...same deal with my siblings.

My BIL (dh's brother) had 4 cars before he graduated high school. Every time he'd get a ticket or in a wreck, daddy would get him out of it, not even having to go to driving school (he's a lawyer and knows practically everyone, so would just pull whatever strings he needed to) and then buy him a new car. Like the car was the problem. They're still buying his cars, and he's 22 or 23. He's on car 7, I think.

DH was given a car, too, and actually ended up trading his dad for his car. And then traded it for a camaro. And then another car. Spoiled brats, really. Luckilly DH got out of that stage young.

I went to hs with a girl who got a remodeled '57 Chevy when she turned 16. Soon after, she decided she wanted something else. They wouldn't buy it, so she wrecked the Chevy. They bought her what she wanted.... a lifted Suburban. By the time she was a senior she wanted a Corvette. So she wrecked the Suburban, and guess what she drove up in shortly before she graduated?

A guy I went to HS with - his parent's bought him a brand-new truck for his 16th birthday, but it wasn't the model he wanted - so they bought him a 2nd one (yes, so he kept both).
