I got dizzy out of no where and fell into the wall. Of course I started laughing, but I'm really not okay. My hip and hand hurts, and I'm concerned about the sudden dizzy spell that intense. I'm currently eating Oreos to make me feel better.
Love-titting the Oreos part, not the hurt hip and hand part! Hope you feel better soon!
@jaztastic blood pressure drops are fairly common in the second tri also. Hope you feel better soon.
You mean this is normal? Geesh

Loss and IF veteran. Current mom of DS 5.5, DD 2, and sometimes DH 40. Due June 2021 with TWINS
Thank you! I wasn't sure if I should ask my OB or my pedi. I will bring it up next time!
Here it depends on the policy of the hospital. The hospital we are going to does them in the hospital and the OB does them. Our second choice hospital has you take the baby directly to the pediatrician on the way home from the hospital to have it done. It is my preference (FTM so maybe this is dumb) to have it done in the hospital so that the nurses can show me how to take care of the area!

Twins? You mean two babies? WOW!
Team PURPLE!!
We are excited to meet William Alexander and Harper Abigail in 2015!
I wanted Taco Bell for dinner: 2 tacos and a gordita. DH comes home with 3 tacos, 2 of which are the Doritos kind--SUPER gross btw-- and left for the gym before I opened the bag. It was devastating.
Fortunately I was watching "friends" and Joey was using a syrup bottle as a practice award, so I made 2 eggos instead I topped it all off with a root beer float and was a happy mama!
All this after our great a/s today, finding out we're having another boy, I'd say this was a pretty good day!
Wow, just made it through 11 pages of stuff, so I forgot who to tag, but I hope everyone's days ended up well. I hope the massage helped out making things better. I am disappointed by prenatal massages half the time. I know they want to be careful and not do anything that could jeopardize the pregnancy, but I'm pregnant, not glass, put some pressure on my upper back at least!
My random: For dinner I made baked potatoes, steamed broccoli and griddled tofu, and it was delicious. Of course the baked potato had to be coated in olive oil and salt before baking, and topped with butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chives, and some of the broccoli. I don't remember ever making baked potatoes before (someone else always made them I guess), and these turned out great! Now I just need ideas for the rest of the week.
Husband and I are leaving for our trip to Wisconsin tomorrow morning, so we were taking care of some cleaning so my friend who is house sitting didn't have to worry about it. While we were cleaning the rats' cage, I found a quarter sized mammary tumor on our oldest girl Lady.
These tumors are really common in female rats, but I'm devastated. We knew we wouldn't have very long with them, considering their average lifespan is 2-3 years, but this hurts. I know rats are pretty unappealing to most people, but they are so smart and sweet
There's a good chance we still have a lot of time with her, and she can live almost completely unhindered by the tumor... If it doesn't get much bigger. I don't know what will happen, but in most cases the recovery from a tumor removal is just too stressful for it to be worth inflicting on her.
I'm just sad, and my husband is hurting too. He loves our ratty girls, and he's going to take losing them very hard.
Wheeee its 1130pm and im drinking a frozen coke icee that my awesome dh just ran and got me from the gas station. Here is hoping the widdle bit of caffeine doesnt mess with my sleeeeep.
Im going to watch a couple episodes of the league before heading to bed.
