A mom at Target just said "Oh, baby got back!" To her daughter. About my toddler. I looked at her, shocked, and she said "Oh, you don't know that song?" I replied, "Oh, you don't know what it's about?" Shut it, lady.
I'm pretty sure it's nap time now. I've blanched and frozen 10 doz cobs of corn, made chicken noodle soup and biscuits for lunch, and 3 loaves of bread for next weeks sandwiches.
@flutterfly88 that's all we hope for... DH has been here since she was 3 and has always been there for her, from the beginning. As she grows, she'll know who really dedicated their time to raising her.
F15 January Siggy Challenge: What I'm Looking Forward to After the Babies Arrive Bringing them both home...UPDATE...The girls are home!!! 1/7/15 after 20 days in the NICU!
So...I just had to buy a DD bra...I've always been a B. I'm kinda shocked.
Lifelong member of the IBTC and a former A cup here, currently spilling out of a C - I tip my hat to every D cup and beyond because this shit sucks.
Still a full fledged member of the IBTC. I am super jealous of you two. I'm sporting my A cups over here and they are a bit droopy since DD too. I would love a C or D cup for a while before baby comes. Last time around they got big only AFTER baby was born. They aren't fun then. The leak and are super sore from being engorged and have a baby constantly connected to them....
I guess i should count my blessings though. I can run without a bra on, I never have "boob spillage" at the top of my bra cups, I could shop for swimwear in the juniors section if I wanted too

What?!?! I don't understand... I think some people lose all sense of and touch with reality, what is acceptable, etc. What gross behavior for an ADULT to be modeling for her daughter and yours!
Spending the afternoon registry building after a busy morning. We're headed to the furniture store again today since we're flirting with the idea of replacing our living room furniture.
Awaiting our bundle of cute chaos.

I was in kid to kid last month and heard a woman tell her older daughter to pick an outfit for the babygirl. The older girl picks an outfit out and showed the mom who resounds with "ohh, sexy, sexy". People have stopped realizing that words have meaning.
@jennhillhoite Do you get to finish to books at least? It makes me batty when I get start Ten Little Spiders and suddenly there are only three spiders left. What happened to spiders 5-8, kid!?? Quit turning my pages!!
I told DH if he brought all the laundry up from the dryer, I'd sit in the bedroom and fold it. BUT I LIED. I'm laying in the pile of warm towels and sheets and daydreaming. HAHA, you can fold these towels now too, husband.
Lol @jmcgra06 DS goes backwards through goodnight moon every night. I just say the words forwards while he flips backwards cause that drives ME batty! Lol
It's not even 10am and I need a nap. Last night between 4 and 5am, some woman somewhere was having a fight with her SO very loudly. screaming at the top of her lungs "I fucking hate you!" repeatedly. I had my windows closed already and could still hear her. I really wanted to tell her to stfu. At some point she started screaming and crying "I want to die". I asked DH if it's time to call the cops, but he said " sweetie, you don't know how to have a fight, do you? People say things they don't mean." I still think we should have called the cops on her, she went on for an hour en got really quiet. I hope she didn't off herself!
I think I know where my crazy neighbor went now!! That is exactly what she used to do before the husband kicked her and the kids out. We did call the cops. More than once. So much crazy.
My husband is "in a band". It is really just a hobby thing and gives him an oppurtunity to have guy time and have an outlet for his musical talents. He has been in this band for 9 of the last 10 years we've been together.
I've been WAY supportive the whole time. However, "band practice" has been basically EVERY Friday night for the last 9 years. Of course there are exceptions and they miss one here and there. For the most part though, I'm on my own every Friday night. I'm getting really tired of it. I'm a SAHM now to a busy toddler and pregnant again. I know it's selfish, but I'd like a Friday night out for myself or maybe even a date night with the hubby (gasp! Could u imagine?).
Last night I saw my DH for about 45 min after he got home from work and before he left again for practice. I spent the while night feeling lonely and sorry for myself. I just don't know how to approach the subject with him. I know how important the band is to him and I knew what I was getting into when I married him.
I got to wake up to cinnamon rolls my roommate made before the game today. Go Bucks! As much as I love living on campus with my sweet roommates and doing the whole college thing, I'm looking forward to getting my own place away from the craziness for me and my LO
This was the highlight of the day for me. A girl and her DAD. I love MH and who he is for DD. He's always got her back.
This was her napping during comic con today. Which BTW was totally awesome!

Poor DH got the brunt of a full fledged hormonal meltdown brought on by how poorly Ella was listening to me today. Was driving me crazy!!!
I ranted and raved about what a mess the house was, how overwhelmed I felt, how I couldn't keep up, yelled at him for leaving his shoes in the kitchen. So he got up and cleaned the whole damn kitchen top to bottom. Now I feel like a major bitch. Stupid hormones and quick temper
@krendel1990 we used the bassinet on top of the pack n play for months with Ella and loved it. This is the one we have, with a super deep bassinet on the top, and it worked great for having beside the bed. She was in it until about 4 months old when we moved her to her crib.
@Izzy0927 sounds like a wonderful birthday! I think If I stay has to be a rent for me otherwise I might annoy people with my sobbing. Now I want some market cupcakes!
Well, I feel better that some of you are also having boob troubles. The DD nursing bras I bought after my first boobsplosion are not very comfortable anymore. I tried to find new ones at a department store, but the selection for 36DDD was laughable- I even tried equivalent sizes. I found a 38 DD that was OK, but wasn't a nursing bra so I didn't buy it. Looks like I'll need to motherhood maternity tomorrow. I miss my 36Cs, they were so much easier to shop for.
I too folded and bought bigger bras. Not proud of my selections but hopefully they last for a while. DH was excited to hear I'm now porn star sizing. I'm not happy with how big they look. But gotta admit, they feel so much better than in my too-small bras. I joined the DD club today with ya, @crystalw88.
On bra storage. I have a couple of wire baskets in my walk-in closet, that's where they live. Old pregnancy bras are already retired to a box to make room for these big mamas.
Guys I have a serious addiction... I have 2 drawers just for bras, 3 for underwear, and half of a closet for lingerie. I own basically everything from Fredericks and it's crushing me that things are starting to not fit (

The most annoying thing about size F boobs is that since nursing my first, my nipples need more than the lightly lined bras, or they say hello to everyone so it has become even harder to find bras that fit.
I've had the same problem since BFing. I'm only an A cup so it's easy for me to find thick bras. It's almost impossible to find a thick bra that isn't padded to go up a cup.
