I'm maintaining, but my eating has been crap. I haven't been feeling well, physically or mentally, so my solution has been to eat all of the things. I really need to get back on track.
Ugh, so glad I'm not the only one having a rough go of it right now. My eating has been horrible! I am wearing my fitbit everyday, and now that I'm off work I'm hardly getting any steps in! Turns out that walking back and forth across my giant school 2,586 times a day was really helping. I need to get through DS's party tomorrow and then hopefully I'll be able to get back on track.
I did go for my first run in over a year last weekend. 1.5 miles, 13 min/mile. I went home after and DS wanted to go for a run, so we ran another .5 mile together!
so low carbs didn't happen last week like i planned. I'm so afraid to step on a scale! but last week i got some major motivation. i got a picture of all of my family (mom dad bf sister nieces n nephew) at my nieces volleyball game...and i was the biggest person in the picture next to my bf--who I'm ashamed to say is about the same size as me yet his like 6 inches taller. ugh i cried that night. i can't believe I've let myself go that much.
anywho! been eating good the past couple of days. I'm about to put the LO down for a nap and then I'm going to do a small circuit workout. so lets see how this week goes.
I'm about the same trying to make an effort to walk more but the comfort food has been too tempting! I'm still here to cheer you ladies on but I'm ok with where I'm at right now.
Got through my first week! Scale was down Wednesday for my weigh in, so of course I proceeded to eat a whole bunch of crap on Wednesday and now need to be really on track. Hate when I use my "indulgences/splurges" so early in the week! (I plan for there to be one "free" meal and two treats for during the week that I don't worry about taking me over my cals... keeps me sane and not feeling deprived, and has historically allowed me to stay on track.)
MH has been away from work and is coming home tonight, so I think the weekend is going to be challenging to navigate without any splurges to celebrate his return! I'm also trying to figure out how to work in a couple glasses of wine this weekend... when will they invent calorie-free diet wine? ;-) I may end up doing spritzers to stretch it out, but I'll need to get cheaper wine and save my good stuff for a splurge day!

Okay, so since we're all in the "I'm doing terrible" category, what say we do weekly challenges? I can try to come up with one each week if you guys want...I'll post on Friday and we can start them on Saturday or Monday or whatever works best. You guys interested?
@magentawarped, that sounds like a great idea! I could use some serious motivation these days. I'm really lacking any, and it's bumming me out because I want to be doing better.
