    DH is working overtime today.

    I guess I should get up and make breakfast. I really want a burrito and some dorrito and coffee thanks to the first page lol.

    Also my hands are so swollen I can't wear my wedding ring and so are my feet. I'm thinking this isn't normal.

    We did, but it was kind of a PITA because I had a hard time lifting DD out of it after my CS because it's lower than your mattress. This time we are going to try the Halo Swivel Sleeper:

    So my puppy got admitted to the puppy hospital :( doc just called and told me he was diagnosed with pancreatitis. So he'll be a day or two.. :(

    Question for other toddler mommies.. ok so my son missed his first nap by like and hour and a half (although he was surprisingly not fussy) do I let him sleep as long as he wants now and skip 2nd nap or wake him up after a reasonable amount of time and attempt the 2nd nap...?

    @psychobutthead‌, seeking can be normal. I swell if it gets humid or when I drink to much or not enough water. If you notice any other symptoms like itching though you might want to call the hospital for advice.

    The day started out GREAT with chocolate pancakes and a hair appt...

    Sure I can wait 20 minutes! That's more me time... Except someone brought their kid to work so they are blaring Frozen and two ladies are talking loudly about everyone they know who has died recently....


    Edited to add: my dad also indulged me in Endless Shrimp at Red Lobster last night... So I can coast on that memory in the midst of this chaos :)

    So besides being miserably hot and muggy yesterday, we had a blast at Disneyland. DS's favorite ride was It's a Small World. He started clapping and waving his hands! He melted my heart every time he got excited to see something. :x

    ETA: my legs are killing me. Today is recovery day!

    Yeah maybe I should up my water intake. This sucks because this never happened with DD.

    It's not even 10am and I need a nap. Last night between 4 and 5am, some woman somewhere was having a fight with her SO very loudly. screaming at the top of her lungs "I fucking hate you!" repeatedly. I had my windows closed already and could still hear her. I really wanted to tell her to stfu. At some point she started screaming and crying "I want to die". I asked DH if it's time to call the cops, but he said " sweetie, you don't know how to have a fight, do you? People say things they don't mean." I still think we should have called the cops on her, she went on for an hour en got really quiet. I hope she didn't off herself!

    Torchy's queso. We had Pinthouse Queso last night (which is okay), but Torchy's is in its own league. 

    I feel like I cheat on Torchys from time to time because I have to drive into Houston to get it, but this place opened up around the corner that is a Torchys knock off. They happen to be getting sued for it too, they probably won't be open too much longer because of if.

    I have to work all day .... And tomorrow (full time wedding photographer) BUT on Monday we leave for a 2 week European vacation. Were excited - we've have our noses to the grindstone for the last two years so it'll be a fun change of pace.

    Ditto! How funny! Had a major crush on him when I was in first grade too. We still own the power ranger movie with Ivan Ooze in it. I should watch it!

    Have to work till midnight tonight. :( and since we found out yesterday that we're finally having our boy, all I want to do is go shopping. Although I work in retail, so maybe I'll be shopping while working tonight! :)

    So we just left torchys and it was awesome. @chickyclg‌ I took your suggestion and got the queso and it was awesome. Baby was kicking up a storm so I think baby approves ;)
