  Now I want someone to make me a breakfast burrito but it's grocery weekend so we don't have eggs, sausage, bacon, veggies or tortillas. ( DH is asleep still so I can't make him go get me one either.

  Let me add a positive. Before bed last night DS kissed the top of my head and toes and then he woke me up this morning by climbing in bed and giving me a kiss. Sweetest kid in the world!

  I have a super lame Saturday of cleaning ahead of me. We're having family over to celebrate my parent's anniversary tomorrow and my house is a wreck. At least I got all the shopping done yesterday. I'm about to head to the gym for a bit. DH is going to tackle the yard. Then, when I get back, we will probably spend the rest of the day cleaning, washing dogs and prepping for tomorrow. They aren't coming until tomorrow night but we have plans in the morning and I will be cooking in the afternoon so we won't have time to deal with any of this tomorrow. If we get everything done in time I think we are going out for Mexican food, for dinner. So, at least there's that to look forward to.

  I have to work today:( since going back to school I had to add a work day Saturday... Meaning my only sleep in no commitment day is tomorrow... Where we have to travel a couple hours for our nephew's bday party. I love my guys family but I am feeling like the baby wants to sleep in tomorrow...
  
  Not to mention working on college football Saturday is the stupidest decision I've made in a long time. Expect this complaint every sat. Sorry ladies.

  Morning. Drinking my coffee and doing laundry. Have hair cut/color later then off to a birthday party. Nothing exciting!

  ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
  Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

  I'm hoping it's because I was raising my voice to yell over my students (they were loud for a Friday) but I woke up with a sore throat! I got every virus last year, being a first year teacher, and I really don't want a repeat!! Seriously it's only Sept 13. Plus DH's work is making him work a full day today so he won't be home until 330. (He normally only works til 10 on Sat). K, I'm done whining.

  @ambz06060‌ - The past few days I've had a sore throat in the morning and tons of congestion. It's clears up by the time I'm up and moving. Fall allergies or new symptom? I've started blaming everything little thing on being pregnant.
  
  The big 25th anniversary party for my parents is today! I'm enjoying a
  Macchiato and catching up on bump posts from yesterday. Sadly I won't be able to hop on much today. Hope you ladies have a great day and I'll catch up tomorrow! Yay football Sunday!

  Ugh mommy needs a drink this morning. My DH has been on travel most of the week, got home last night and has to go to a memorial service 3 hrs away today leaving me and DS alone for a looong time.. ok normally, that'd be fine. But im apparently dog sitting my SILs dogs too and my own dog woke up vomiting blood. So off to the vet we go...I have a feeling it's gonna be a long day.

  DH just left for the day. I'm at home wondering where to start. I have about 5 doz corn to blanch and freeze and several sewing projects.
  
  Oh and a super TMI question - this morning DH and I were dtd when baby was super active and very distracting! Anyone else ever experience that?
  
  Today is our 'official' anniversary of dating/getting engaged so we are headed north this evening for the Mackinaw Truck Show (its what we do every year) and will go out to dinner by ourselves and then DH's family and mine will join for the show. Pretty excited!

  @PeaceofKia‌ - I think that's a great idea! Do most people have this done between 18-22 weeks? That's what I thought but I've noticed variations mainly with multiples - I think? Ours is scheduled for week 19. The a/s is such an exciting appointment! Our 12 week was amazing, I'm so excited for the next one!

  My dr is all like "make the appointment for after you hit 20 but I prefer the a/s at 22-23 weeks."
  
  And I was all like "made my appointment for 20 weeks!" Sorry, can't wait longer than that.

  Hey ladies. I wanted to thank everyone for the birthday wishes yesterday. I ended up turning off my phone, leaving work at noon, putting the top down on my car, and going to see If I Stay all by myself at one of those fancy theaters with reclining leather seats- and it was the greatest. I didn't have to share my candy with anyone or feel guilty for making DH sit through a movie aimed at teenage girls. There were 2 other people in the theater and I ugly cried so hard the entire time. It was wonderful.
  
  Then DH took me out for dinner to Bertuccis (my request- very weird but I cannot get enough of their rolls) and we got cupcakes at whole foods and came home and ate cupcakes and watched divergent on the pull out couch bed in the living room. So luxurious!
  
  Now today a bunch of our friends are joining DH and I for a seventh grade style bowling and shuffleboard party. I'm pumped. Anyway, that was my birthday and I loved every second of it.
  
  My A/S is Monday and the freaking out has begun. I was hoping a busy weekend would help, but I'll have to try harder to not think about it.

  Chocolate chip muffins are in the oven. I've got to be productive today but I don't wanna!!! I've got to go grocery shopping and get a few bigger bras. Yesterday I hardly got out of bed.   DH is convinced there's more to the story. After all the time he spent digging through the story he decided that there has got to be more. "Spanking is one thing, but when a child has markings like that it's gotta be something else also" that's what he was saying all night. *sigh*

  I am using the excuse that I need to go to target for cleaning supplies to sneak out to the bakery that did our wedding cake/cupcakes and get the top tier I ordered the same as our wedding day for our 5 year anniversary. The anni is actually next week but we are celebrating this week. I can't wait for this cake!!!

  
  

  ! I am also telling my grandmother I am pregnant today. Apparently my cousins wife is as well and he told my grandmother on Tuesday. The wife is due in May which means the stick was barely dry before he called my grandmother. I am happy for them but that just seems really early to tell people!!

  DH drove me crazy last night after I started telling him about a paper that I'm writing for my Child Abuse class that asks to compare and contrast corporal punishment with abuse. I am very anti-spanking and we have discussed in the past that we will not spank the children but he went on a rant defending spanking and I had to take many, many deep breaths. This morning he is making me waffles with chocolate and marshmallows so I guess he is forgiven!

  It is a BIG day in my house. Besides our wedding day, and the future birth of our daughter, my husband says this is going to be one of the best days of his life (I'm not kidding). He woke up this morning like it was Christmas and he was 10 years old.

  I totally agree! Their ceased salad is the best! I make mock red lobster biscuits and they are pretty awesome!

  Just left DD with my mom for the weekend. DH and I are off to Ft. Worth for the TCU game, a cool front moved through and its currently 62 here in Texas. We never get fall this early...loving it!
