  Bubble pizza (my guy could eat pepperoni pizza every day) and my fav salad: green leaf lettuce, walnuts, dried cranberries (usually feta/goat cheese) and French dressing or a citrus vinaigrette. Yum!

  My husband is gone for the evening. I'm without my handsome chef. So, options are:
  
  

  • Eggs with toast.
  • Cereal (though he'd be appalled).
  • Mac 'n cheese.

  
  Yeah, I'd eat like a college student if we weren't married.

  Probably Dino chicken nuggets and steak fries from the freezer to the oven. Trying to use what we have before going to the store or eating out. Had Mac n cheese last night.

  We just finished. I made oven crispy pork cutlets, mac and cheese and sauteed summer squash and zucchini. The pork cutlets are a family favorite. I don't make them too often but when I do even the littlest girl (picky one) devours them.

  So good. We have had them like 3 weeks in a row. Aidan always wants to do taco Tuesday because of the Lego movie and that is fine with me. Also have been craving salsa a lot lately so my dad made me a batch of homemade salsa. It is going to be so good!!!!

  Creamy Taco Mac, this recipe. It is like the best hamburger helper in the world.  DH loves it! I use a taco seasoning packet instead of her mix to make it easier.

  Bask in the cleanliness of my house (first ever cleaning crew action happened today).
  
  We have a wedding next weekend and our neighbor is watching Willa. Everything is happening at one of the nicest venues in the area. I think we are going to use that as our special dinner. Crap...I have yet to buy a gift.

  FI made a butternut squash risotto with sage and pancetta. It was delicious. He roasted the other half of the butternut with butter and brown sugar for today :-).

  I had green salad with loads of tomatoes and some cut up pork chops and French dressing.
  
  Then I finished it off with 1/4 of a lemon poppyseed cake! :-)
