  I had mine today too and was so glad she told me to keep my bra on!

  I had mine today. I had to get down naked. She didn't do a pap, but did everything else common at an annual. Instead of a pap, she just looked at how my tear was healing.

  I dripped everywhere on one side.  I think it had to do with the fact that I had the baby with me and nursed him on the other side while I was waiting for the doctor!  I mopped up with the gown.

  I picked up a good trick from the bump during one of my previous pregnancies, if you press on your nipples when you feel letdown starting, you can usually stop anything from leaking out. Obviously, not much help if you aren't alone or able to do it discreetly, cause it looks kind of kinky pressing on your boobs, but after three kids I've found its usually pretty easy to find a way to disguise what you are doing, and it is definitely less awkward than walking about with wet spots on your clothes. Just press firmly for about 30 seconds, its always worked for me!

  Serious sometimes these things are like fire hoses...they spray everywhere! Poor Itty bit i drown her sometimes.

  Had my 6 week visit today too. Had everything but the pap. I was leaking bad on one side. Doc said she would examine at her own risk. Luckily I didn't spray!

  I had to go to my appointment at four weeks due to insurance issues. I was told to strip down and then wait with DD for the doctor. Of course she started crying so I picked her up to hold her and rock her while we waited. I could feel milk dripping down my stomach and legs to the floor.
