Thank you all for the good vibes - they must be working! She did a ph test and whatever it was, it doesn't seem to be amniotic fluid. She said it was still possible - it could have all leaked out and there was none left to test, but that it was very unlikely. And the heartbeat is still there! She had no idea what it could have been though. She said maybe it was urine, just very very diluted... it was so clear and odorless that it seems unlikely, but at this point I would be thrilled to think I had merely peed myself.

She scheduled me for an ultrasound at 2pm at an actual ultrasound place since theirs isn't good enough resolution to really see fluid. I'll update after that as well, of course.
