Special snowflake-ish...we pulled the goalie in July and said "whatever happens, happens," but didn't expect it to happen so quickly. While it wasn't immediately expected, it wasn't really unplanned, either.
This. Mine was a little longer, but quit taking BC the beginning of the year. I had been on it for so long that the DR said that my body needed some time off. We figured if it's meant to be, it will happen when the time is right. Apparently, right when we bought and moved into our new house was the right time

This - We got married and conceived on our honeymoon.. we knew it could happen but didn't expect it to be so quick
SO funny because that's the same for us! We got married July 5th and pulled the goalie shortly before. We conceived within 2 weeks while on our honeymoon. So it was planned but not expected for a couple of months
PPD/PPA Mom...it has been super hard, but I'm making it! Slow steps... Mom to Carter (6), and Calianne (1). Proud VBAC, natural birth, breastfeeding, cloth diapering momma!
We're calling it a "calculated risk". We tried for 3 years to have DD, so I never went back on the pill after having her in January. Didn't expect to get pregnant the first time I ovulated, but here we are!
I like this. I say I planned to have an unplanned pregnancy. After trying for 18 months and having two chemical pregnancies I was hoping to be surprised. And I was. I only had one postpartum period and bam.

planned but very surprised at how quickly it happened. We started activley trying early June and got it the second month. We missed my O date completly the first month.
Kind of planned? We as pp said "pulled the goalie" months before, TTC and stopped trying when we found out we were doing a long distance move. One celebration night-with much wine and love LO #2 was no longer just a dream!

This. I kicked the Pill in April and didn't have a period until July. We actually figured I wouldn't get pregnant easily because with DS we had fertility issues and conceived with meds and IUI, and figured the issue hadn't been resolved because of the 3 months before my first post pill period (same as first time). Obviously, we figured incorrectly.

Ditto. But we were kinda planning that it would happen a month after since it was one shot one...life (well, as far as we know, just one) because we didn't really have a lot of chances to get busy when we said "hey, we should have another kid" because I got really sick and his work was calling him in after hours so he was working 70+ hours a week that whole time. So instead of another May/June baby... BAM!
I went off the mini pill in April, first post partum period in May (had DS in September - and I'm still BFing), we were NTNP but excited that it happened so soon!

Ditto. But sort of the opposite. Stopped trying in July, and that's when my last period was
