So I visited my family and my in-laws this past week and both asked when LO normally has his nap time. My answer was basically, "umm, when he gets tired?" Should he be on a more regular nap schedule? How do I even put that into place? I usually just put him down when he's tired, but sometimes he's tired at 10 am and other times not until noon, or whatever.
Re: Scheduled Naptime
But I haven't won any gold stars in the sleep dept, so I wouldn't listen to me.
We don't have a set schedule, really. Whenever DD gets up, she eats. She typically eats every 3 hours. We do solid foods an hour after 2nd and 4th bottles. She sleeps in between there, whenever she is tired. She doesn't even do a 'morning' and 'afternoon' nap, usually, it's just whenever.
She goes to bed between 8 and 10pm, and is up between 6 and 10am.
