    With our first we told our families and my best friend almost as soon as we found out. Friends and work was at 12 weeks. With our second we told family and my best friend as soon as we found out. At work I started being asked about 11 weeks as I started showing. Friends we started telling after 12 weeks and some even at 20. This time around we told families and started telling friends around 7-8 weeks. In terms of work, I will be waiting as long as I can before I start telling.

    This will be the first grandbaby on both sides and I am bursting at the seams to tell! My first apt is 9/19 so we are waiting until then to tell our parents and siblings - I will be at 9-10 weeks. Will wait until October to tell all our friends and extended family, and my work friends/boss. This month is the worst bc I am seeing fam and friends I don't normally see in person due to all sorts of events, and I'd rather tell them in person. I will see some in October too, and I guess phone/skype will have to do for the others!

    I found at 6 weeks and told my best friend and teenage lil sis. Who told my mom and now everyone knows and subliminally throws hints but no one has asked me yet.
