I didn't know I was pregnant

Hi everyone. FTM at 36 with a due date of March 17.

So for about 6 weeks I've had steady low-grade nausea. Then about 3 weeks ago came those pinching ligament cramps. Didn't think anything of this, just thought it was endometriosis side effects I've been dealing with since I was 16. Also the absence of a period for over 3 months was nothing unusual for me. So after being told for 20 years by my doctors that I won't be having kids, I never even considered I could be pregnant. Boy was I wrong! Last week I went to the emergency room because those lower abdomen pains were getting worse and I thought I had a cyst. Nurses ask if I am pregnant and I laugh that off. Unable to pee into a cup at the moment, they send me into the doctor who drains enough blood to feed a small family of vampires and does an ultrasound. It was there that we saw a fetus inside of me. I was totally blown away and couldn't stop crying. Thank god the baby is healthy and so am I. Looking forward to getting to know my fellow March birth moms over the next several months!
