hi ladies just wondering if anyone has any tips with dealing with the flu plz share your thoughts id really appricate it xx

I would call your doctor if you really have the flu. It can be dangerous when you're pregnant. They probably won't need you to come in, but the will be able to tell you what to watch for. Feel better!

thanks for the reply yeah ive been to my doctors he just said rest and drink lots of fluids which ive been doing just wondering if theres anything else i could do xx

I had flu with my first pregnancy. Nothing much they could do. I did catch the symptoms early so they gave me a Prescription of Tamiflu. That just helped make it last a shorter amount of time.i also took Tylenol for the aches and fever. It was a rough 2 days! Feel better soon.

My doc has already suggested that DH and I get flu shots...I'm looking into getting it very soon. It's free for the school employees here.
