Wait..... you guys get to close the bathroom door?

So today kind of sucked. I went to a bridal shower of an old friend. I can't believe how ungrateful and rude she acted at her own shower. It was disappointing to say the least.

We had to put my childhood cat to sleep today (the silly thing won me $150 in one year when I showed her at the fair in hs). My mom's a vet, ago I've helped with lots of animals that needed to be put down over the years. I know it was for the best, but still makes me sad.

Then the worst part. We're at my parents in the sticks (they farm), a good 20-25 minutes from any hospital. Lo was playing with a piece of paper. He started ripping it up and I took it away from him. He got mad and started crying. He couldn't catch his breath and turned blue. Lips were purple, everything. He passed out from crying.. He came to and was fine. But scared the hell out of me. I'm calling his ped in the morning, but my mom said I used to do the same thing at his age. So who knows. It wasn't a seizure, he was completely fine all day and after it happened. Went right back to playing. I'm so thankful my mom was there. H dismissed my concerns. I'm pissed. He wasn't there to see L's lips blue. I'm taking a cpr class as soon as I can. Just not a good night.
